My husband loves donkeys... got this for a cute gift - was a little smaller that expected but too cute! did come in a vacuum sealed package so threw me for a loop when it arrived ... the label was very small so I thought it was a rouge package - fun for the kids to watch expand!

So I have two perspectives of reviews to give: the adult and the child. My niece was in Shrek the Musical and I wanted to get her Shrek themed gifts. Surprisingly they are hard to come by. This was one of the only stuffed toys I could find. When I received the package I was a bit worried. After he inflated I was somewhat horrified. It looked worse than what I would get at a carnival. His one eye was floating up, and I couldn’t tell where he was looking. The material is cheap and not very well put together. Honestly I was going to return it, but decided to give it to her anyways. Now onto the 8 years old review…..She LOVED it! She thought it was the best thing ever. Everyone in the play loved it as well. I know it will pass but right now it is one of her favorite stuffies and she loves to snuggle with it. So, depending on who this is meant for it may give one nightmares or a favorite childhood memory.

I bought this for a friend's grandson and when I first saw it I panicked that I got the wrong item because the plastic bag had a different picture on it and all the air had been vacuumed out so Shrek was small and shriveled up like a pancake. He puffs up just fine, tho, and our Shrek fan toddler was very happy with it.
