I've been wearing Scojos (1.75) for several years and will continue to buy them. I get lots of compliments, they weigh next to nothing and at $40 are not unreasonably priced. BUT, they are not sturdy, you can't shove them in a pocket or sit on them and expect them to remain whole. You can't hug someone with them hanging from your shirt. Sure, you could keep them in the case, but you won't. Also, I love the translucent/clear frames, but they are devilishly hard to spot if you forget where you put them. Unless they're on your head. Good glasses for all day computer use, but they arrived crooked. One arm sits higher than the other so they don't sit well on my face. They also fall quite easily on my nose. The clear plastic case is way too small to fit the glasses in and that's probably half the reason the arrived bent out of shape. They are NOT returnable and I'm very unhappy at spending $42 on this useless piece of plastic that will sit in my closet. Thanks SCOJO, company who tries to look cooler than they really are. I am pretty rough on classes, especially readers. These are really durable while being unobtrusive and light -weight on my nose. That first pair did not survive the dodgeball game when I crushed it underfoot, but that was certainly not the fault of the glasses. I found my first pair at the cute little Carmel Bay Company store and now have pairs in several places around the house, so they are readily available. ... show more
