After searching for a good quality laptop I decided to take a chance and buy the Samsung Galaxy Book Pro at a very good price. I just received my new shiny toy today and I must say that I was amazed with how thin and light weight this larger size laptop is! Sitting on my lap I can barely feel its weight at all. Then after setting it up quickly, I was able to get down to business and test out its performance. It is blazing fast not only in running multiple applications, but also in loading websites with alot of graphics. The screen display is beautiful and crisp. I also own Samsung Note 20 and a Samsung tablet. So far I have only synced my phone with this laptop. As far as battery life, it has lasted me well over eight hours and I still have a few hours left. So I can work for many hours without having to charge this laptop. I also enjoy using the keyboard which boasts a full keypad, large track pad and backlighting which is a plus. Overall, I am very pleased with this Samsung laptop. Its a first for me to have purchased a laptop pc made by Samsung. I'm very happy that I did! ... show more

Fast, powerful, brilliant display, lightweight. Little difficult opening screen because so lightweight. Was concerned because it was refurbished, but all seems to be working fine. No scratches or anything. Amazon overpackaging was less than desirable though. Very large box with no bubble packing inside to protect and stabilize little computer box. But again, seems to be running ok and amazon gives 90 days for return. Very happy so far. Great price for capability. Was pleased with old Samsung that is 16 years old and still runs, though slow now browsing the internet. That's why I upgraded. Will use old for travel now. ... show more

The laptop is extremely light and the screen is very good. It took me hours to install all the available updates and put anti-virus and a backup program on it, but after all that it works perfectly. I have another one of these almost the same model, and I love them both. Virus scans are fast and backups don't take forever either. It synced right up with my Google account and I didn't even have to search for Chrome, as it popped right up when I logged in, ready to install. For the huge amount of programs needing updating, it all went off without a hitch. Not one hiccup. It connected with my 5G wireless with no problem and only takes a minute to boot up, once you raise the lid, it comes in automatically. I got the Windows 11 option, which I have on my custom pc, and it works perfectly. I've had 11 for a couple months and have not had a single hiccup, no matter what some people say about it. This people that hate Windows 11 should get a Mac. This thing is fast and smooth, with a number keyboard and TouchPad. Personally, I use a Bluetooth mouse, which connects automatically, as I have a heck of a time selecting text and dragging, dropping, and copying on a TouchPad. I still prefer the wireless mouse, as I like to drag fave programs to the Taskbar for easy starting. This laptop is VERY light. When you have to lug a laptop around with you all the time, thus makes it so much easier. The frame is a bit flimsy, but it isn't as bad as some reviews say. Had to pay to shop the device back to seller when it malfunctioned to the point of being inoperable after just a few months. Seller spent three months “repairing” the device and sent it back. Had to purchase a replacement in the meantime, but seller refuses to simply refund. We’ve blocked this seller from our company’s approved supplier list.
