This candelabra wakes up a corner of the room that may be otherwise barren. My front door opens up to a staircase, and I find this to be a unique way to light the pathway and spruce up an awkward space. You have a choice between pillar candles or taper. Tapers are planted, so in this high-traffic area, I prefer them. Ideally, I’d select rechargeable candles for their energy-efficiency when we have more darkness in winter. The tip-top meets my eye-level of a shorter woman. Visually it does not burden a small space, because of its thinness. Installation was super self-explanatory. All of the pieces , of which there were six, were screwed together within five minutes and without any reading of instructions. From a distance, the piece looks bronze, but at close inspection it is black with gold scores. It gives a gothic or French look. If I find another suitable piece for my staircase landing, then this will make its way to my bedroom. It’s very romantic. I’m very pleased with the versatility and value of this beautiful candelabra.

These are much shorter in person and not heavy... so placement is key. They could easily tip over, especially with heavier candles.

Description says this is metal. That is a lie. It’s plastic, very light, very cheap and cheap looking. It looks like plastic. Don’t be fooled it’s not antique looking the paint is poorly done and done over plastic none the less. This page contains false information.
