Saves me time and it’s smart enough not to go down stairs, love the mapping. The media could not be loaded. Had this bad boy for about a month now and it's a total life saver. All the features the suction the mopping I love it all. Idk how I went so long without it. 2 shedding dogs and 4 kids this is a must ! Affordable for the quality ✨️

UPDATE 9/11/2023 works well for the first month or so nothing but problems ever sense. Customer service is a waste of time. There's a reason this is 3.9 stars stay the hell away from it. A lot better vacuums out there than this crap. I've had several issues with this, but most notably with customer service. They don't seem to want to help you. You're just play email tag for weeks on end until they finally tell you to send it in. This was my first product from this company and it will be my last. I'll look at other robots. I will be replacing this one just from the customer service standpoint alone. I may have looked at this brand in the future for a different model, but again it's not worth it with a customer service. ... show more

    • This Gets STUCK all the time
I would not recommend getting this Q7, I thought this was the replacement of the S5 which I loved. Instead, for some reason I was "recommended" to get this one. It doesn't clean well, map well and gets stuck all the time. DO NOT bother with this one.
