I notice this CD is described as "scripture lullabies". I bought this CD due to all the nice reviews about it AND it was during Covid isolation. I didn't buy it for the "scripture" part (coz it's all instrumental, no reading of scriptures) but I thought it would be nice to listen to for relaxation. Sometimes I'll put this on while I'm doing chores, such as cooking or the dishes, as "background music". It's very sweet and soothing.     • A calming presence
The music is similar to classical piano music with some cello or orchestra accompanying. It keeps me calm as I go about my tasks while being musically complex enough to truly enjoy. I enjoy coloring my Bible pictures while listening to it. Inspirational and uplifting!

    • Perfect for Sleep!
This cd is perfect for sleep. There are no noisy, sudden loud scores to startle you awake. Every track is soothing and relaxing. I bought this for my 5 year old for helping her sleep and it’s really helped. She has anxiety so it helps her to have that to focus on and relax to get back to sleep. It’s also on the Apple Music store so I downloaded it and use that as a great sleep playlist! I highly recommend this. ... show more

    • Very calming & beautiful
I don't have trouble going to sleep, but I do have issues with anxiety & PTSD. The first night I played this cd, I listened to it all the way through. Since that night, I feel calm and relaxed every time I listen to it as I go to sleep, and I only get a few songs in before I fall asleep. One of the things I like best is that there is almost all soft piano music & not a lot of other instruments to detract from the music. I really think this helps me be more relaxed during the day as well. ... show more
