This book is filled with lots of great stretches and strength exercises. There's also a detailed section on posture which is so important. It says it's for seniors but these are great exercises for any age. I like that it addresses trigger points as this is something few people know much about. Some of these are pretty basic, but I was looking for exercises to help my mobility-impaired father. For that, this was a good selection. Solid principles of health and exercise are proposed here and they mix well with the overall theme.

I read this before giving it to my Mom. If you have an older parent that could benefit from easy exercises, this is a great book to give them. It includes great quotes, nutritional information, focus on posture and best of all, easy "chair" exercises.
