Description

When he saw her, he knew she was the one for him. After seeing all the love around him, Pedrino ‘Poppi’ Patterson wants a passion of his own. He thinks Andrea Wells is that love for him. After doing all he can for her, he’s disappointed and confused when she leaves him without saying goodbye. Not willing to let her go easily, he keeps an eye on her using his resources. He gets an unexpected phone call that changes everything he thought he knew. Andrea Wells, from the outside looking in, is a woman that has her life together. She’s the CEO of one of the top advertising companies in her area. Historically she’s the first black woman to run an advertising company that rivals the traditional ones. Anything she wants, she can have; she fears nothing until she lays eyes on Pedrino Patterson. In one week, he shook her mind and soul. When she left Vegas, she was determined not to see him again, but fate took over. Pedrino is determined while Andrea is damaged. How will they ever make things work for the good? Come take a ride with these two as we see how something so picture-perfect can also be an illusion. Read more

  • Can We Skip To The Good Part!?
I didn't want to believe the negative reviews because last we heard of these two (In Mr Richards book) Poppi was laying it down in every way imaginable to and with Andrea. No way could their situation take a turn like this. Well friends, BELIEVE IT. Andrea was the absolute stubbon childish worst this entire book. All 147 pages made me dislike her more. Even with that lame a$$ reason from her past- there was no excuse to keep that man in the dark about his baby. Too many people told her she was fumbling the Poppi bag, but she was too daggon dumb to listen. This one ended in a cliffhanger so I have to head on to the next book- I am too invested not to. I hope this one closes out this story and I hope it ends on a high note and has much better editing than this one- because this one was basically UNedited. ... show more

  • Love it
Poppi doesn't play when it comes to matters of his heart and love. So many women would love to have a man like him in their lives. So many people allow their past to dictate their future. Get the past in order before you lose a good thing.

  • Picture Perfect: A Shot At A Thug’s Heart
Poppi and Andrea are trying their best to get themselves on the same page. They love each other, but can’t seem to get out of their own way. Looking forward to Book 2!

Awesome Things are about to get real now is Andrea ready for this her I wish she stop playing these games and tell him the truth about her passed life ... Pedrino was doing great he's been showing he's in love with her need to let him end .. But also gets the chance to check up on all the other couples at the same time... I recommend this Author I'm ready for the next part ... show more

First, the typos are becoming increasingly aggravating in your books. Words entered where they shouldn’t be in the book and it makes it hard to follow the story. I hate Andrea! Absolutely hate her character. Her character is so immature that it’s sickening. She truly doesn’t deserve Poppi’s love. He keeps going out of his way to please her and she’s fighting him at every turn as if he has wronged her from the beginning. It was very trifling of her to keep her pregnancy hidden from him for seven months and not expect him to be upset and entitled to his feelings. She wants to play victim when the only victim is him. Everyone is telling her that she is wrong and she still try’s to paint him as the bad guy. She needs to do a complete 360 in the next installment as far as her attitude and entitlement because if I were Poppi, I’d be done with her. ... show more

  • Drama filled and Drama packed
This is a page turner. I couldn’t put it down until I got to the last page. Poppi has the patience of a saint to keep putting up with Andrea, but two can play that game. Andrea has me yelling at the top of my lungs to get it together sis. It was nice seeing all of the gang together again. I can’t wait to see how their love affair concludes. This is another banger that has been added to the collection. ... show more

  • I can't wait
I can't wait for more of this crazy read. The drama going on between this couple is too much. Andrea needs to grow up. She has caused so many unnecessary problems for herself and Poppa. Involving Ian in this mess and not seeing him for who he really is has caused another problem.

  • Oh my
Well, Ms Toy, you have my attention, I'm happy Ian has been exposed for who he is, I hope everything is okay with the baby , I really need Andrea to let Poppi love her. Part 2 on my way
