The frames were more than great, but the subpar packaging from Amazon in nothing but a loose-fitting box insured that they arrived broken in pieces. They refunded me quickly and without issue though. Great Customer Service.

This 2 pack of frames is good quality for the price and unique size. The opening is exactly 10”x12” as stated. The paint on the wood may be a little worn from the packaging but is easy to cover up with marker; expected from value-priced frames. I bought these because of the glass as I wanted to reduce glare that occurs with cheap plexiglass. Sadly, despite the good packaging the glass in one frame was shattered during transit. Luckily, it didn’t affect the other frame as they are wrapped individually. I’m happy with the product but not with the handling with Amazon and USPS. I ordered twice. After the 1st try. I found it worked well to display my artwork in gallery so I ordered the 2nd set. I can put a short screw on each side and string a wire cross it. Our gallery needs wire hangers not sawtooth.
