Just a little tricky to put together. But once it is, you and baby will love it. The bassinet and diaper changer FIRMLY GRIP the sides. Once baby is crawling, they can be removed so you can use the playpen. Holds up to 35 pounds (others similar products hold up to 25 lbs.)

I purchased this to have in my living room as we have used that room the most with my newborn. Didn't use changing table part much as it's uncomfortable on your back because the pack and play is kind of low and I'm on the shorter side (5'3) but aside from that I love this!
