I have bought two of these now, one last year and a new one this year. I would give this 5 stars however I'm not a fan of the abundance of making sure there name is on the helmet. Last years purchase only had there company name printed on the back and wasn't that noticeable. However with this years purchase they have gone ahead to make sure your advertising there brand for them. Branded on the back, the front and the earmuffs have there symbol on it. I love this helmet. It’s for skiing. Not for biking. No MIPS. No magnetic closure. No lights. So why do I love it? Because it’s the only helmet I could find that comes in XL size and in the color of orange. High visibility is very important in urban biking. Also, it’s for skiing. So it’s warm, with “earmuffs.” Great for winter biking. There’s a handle at the back which I used for clipping a light to it. So all in all it’s perfect for urban biking in winter. ... show more

I had been getting a lot of used budget snowboarding gear for the 2022-2023 season after I decided I wanted to start getting into snowboarding. I found some cheap used helmets, some listed on Amazon with a lot of good reviews, but none fit my head very well and the worst part was that they sat so low on my forehead they would push my goggles down, pinching my nose. I took a chance on this helmet after some setbacks and was not disappointed. I used it all season and it did a great job of keeping my head and ears warm (but not too warm on sunny days). Fits my head very snugly but not in an uncomfortable way. Although I don’t love the design (I wish it was more round), it’s held up against some NASTY edges that I’ve caught and I’m grateful. This is the second of these helmets I've purchased. We decided to try these out after he outgrew his Smith helmet. He is an avid terrain park boarder and this helmet has taken the abuse with no problems. Preping gear for this winter he realized his helmet didn't fit anymore. Great looking helmet. It fits true to size and my son loves it. Only bad thing is that upon receipt there was a chip in the paint (see photo) on the backside of helmet. Otherwise, it’s seems like it’ll do the job.

The helmet itself seems great, and a good fit for our toddler. However, we would have really appreciated if the helmet were shipped in a box, instead of an Amazon package. This leaves it at risk to be beaten up and cracked before ever arriving.
