I had some trouble setting it all up but once I did it worked perfectly. Love that this works with just my wifi and I don’t have to use it with Alexa or anything like that. Perfect for using with Christmas decorations in the yard. I love this timer. It was recommended to me by my brother. I asked him for a timer that was simple for me to use and set up. I love that it's Wi-Fi so if the power goes off it doesn't screw up the timer. I have bought two of them now so far probably will buy a third for another application.

This is super easy to install! The instructions are all clearly written. I plugged in my Christmas lights and the app made it so easy to set a schedule to turn the lights on and off. There was also a timer to set for a certain time and then turn off.

I got two units, one worked, the other did not. It flashed blue as the directions stated but the ability to troubleshoot in the app was nearly nonexistent. It showed up on my screen, but me turning it 'on' and 'off' did nothing regarding powering the unit. Pretty disappointed. I've reached out to support, will update if anything happens positively. ***UPDATE: Customer support was responsive! I am surprised, but I received adequate support for my unit which turned out to be defective, I received the new unit and it works properly. I needed an outdoor smart outlet to control two different sprinkler, but expected to struggle a little bit to get it to work. The setup turned out to be super easy. The outlet has good reception outdoor and connected to the WIFI inside my house with no problem. Although the single button on the power strip turns on and off both outlet, surprisingly, through the app, I can control each outlet independently. And the app through the internet is quite quick and responsive. I have only used it for a few days and cannot speak to the waterproofness of the product. But very please with it so far. ... show more
