This is a nice dress, very colorful. The slip is not all the way down but reaches mid-calf for me which is fine. The dress I had ordered from another vendor was missing a belt, and I found that this company can send the dress way earlier than the other one, so I bought this one. There are no belt loops, but the sash/belt did come with it. It is a little snug on my waistline, but if I went up another size the top may look too good on me. The color was true to the advertisement. Although, I was very disappointed in the dress when it arrived because the photo of these dresses show a young lady holding up a very wide and flowing dress. That was not so. I ordered two of the same style dresses because they were beautiful and perfect for my Mother’s Day trip to Tulum Mexico. When the first one came I loved it. The colors are beautiful just as advertised; but I was disappointed that it was more of an A line style. So I then decided to order another one, but made sure that I ordered this one being modeled in the photo. Showing just how wide it is. The flowers are so pretty with the black background of the fabric. Whom ever is making these dresses are falsely advertising the style of the dresses that you, Amazon, is sending to your customers. I spent a lot of money with Amazon preparing for my Trip, but I was sooo disappointed with one, then a second dress that was falsely represented in the photos of the models; when the actual dress was not even half the width shown in those photos. One of our event nights the mothers and daughters we’re supposed to wear long flowing dresses; but what I received were two pretty A LINE dresses - Not what I wanted.. I’m a long time customer, but really disappointed and I will rethink ordering dresses for a special occasion again. I attended a wedding where the colors were royal blue, silver and white, so this dress was perfect. The length was good (I’m 5’6”) with flat-heeled shoes, and the sleeve length was fully at the wrist. Here are my caveats: the waistband is set a little high to above the waist, so it doesn’t sit at the waist. The vee neck is a little wide, although I wore a royal blue bra and it looked okay. I noticed that one of the pictures in the advertisement shows a woman with a tank top under. Not for me. The self belt is long enough, and what I did was have it sewn on to a 3” wide royal blue grosgrain ribbon, which helped to seem like it was at the waist. All in all, a good purchase! ... show more

I bought this dress for a beachy/yacht rock themed adult prom. I got tons of compliments! It's so comfortable and flowy. Only downside is that it's a tad sheer. This dress doesn’t appear to be made out of the same material as what the model, in the pictures, appears to be wearing; her fabric appeared thicker. The fabric is very thin (my bra showed when I wore a color other than black) so if you don't want people seeing the color of your bra; black will be your best friend. Despite that, the dress is flowy which works perfectly for me. Another plus is that I’m 5’7 and the dress is long enough that it covers my feet completely when standing. My biggest complaint, and why I've given 3 stars, with this dress is that it wasn’t sewn very well. Upon receiving it, I feared putting it on and taking it off because I was afraid that the stitching would come apart at the seams. Once I got it on, I loved the way it looked on me but didn’t like that the fabric for the arms doesn’t stretch. I think the arms should have just a tad bit more room (my arms are big) especially since the size that I ordered was a 2X. The slip that is sewn into the dress is white, which makes it noticeable, isn’t of good quality, and wasn’t properly sewn inside of the dress. I had to take the dress to a seamstress to have the stitching, around the arms, shoulders, and waist, replaced with a more durable/stronger thread and add a better quality elastic band at the waist. The dress is pretty, I received tons of compliments, but it wasn’t sewn well and is of cheap quality. I strongly encourage buyers to hand wash the dress because I washed mine in the washing machine and it weakened the material even more. I would love to buy other dresses from this seller but my concern is that I'll most likely spend extra money, again, to take it to a seamstress for alterations. ... show more

OMG!!! I LOVE this dress! I sing at church and wanted something classy and long enough for being on stage. This dress is simply AMAZING!! I read all reviews and although some people didn’t get the “correct” product, I wanted to try anyway. I decided to go with the blue. I ordered the blue because it had the most positive reviews. I’m pretty busty, and I’m short. I don’t have “junk in my trunk” or a big belly, but this dress was still great. I ordered size medium. I’m a 36 DDD and the top is a little loose. I just tucked it down a bit into the belt that came with the dress. The waist is elastic, so it fits great! Going down to a small would have made the sleeves too tight around my upper arms as they are a little larger than I’d like them to be. In the pics I have on flats. But I wore 3in heels with it. Either way, it hits the floor, but while singing, I didn’t step on it too bad. Note I’m only 5’1. Also yes, the slip is white underneath. To combat, I wore spanx shorts. Also the top is very sheer so I wore a black bra and a yellow cami for an extra pop of color. I will be ordering at least 2 more in different colors. Compliments were coming all around, starting with my hubby<3. Do purchase!! Great for any occasion! ... show more
