    • Overpowering fragrance
I’ll preface this by saying I do NOT have sensitive skin. I use retinol and BHA daily and weekly do a 30% lactic peel. My skin is pretty tough! Before I purchased this product I read the ingredients list. I usually try to avoid products with fragrance as it’s entirely unnecessary in a skincare product although I do understand some people enjoy it. The fragrance here is listed pretty far down towards the bottom in the ingredient list so I figured I’d be fine. However with the first spray I noticed an overpowering scent. It smells like cheap perfume. It also stung my face pretty inmediately. I did purchase this to replace the Nuface gel primer as I’m not a fan of the texture of that product, however I was able to feel the “zap” through this spray. I don’t think it’s thick enough to actually use in place of the gel primer despite that fact that it is sold as such. It does have some nice ingredients but nothing standout or that can’t be replaced by any nice fragrance free toner currently on the market. Bummer! ... show more
