These boots are comfortable. When you first get them the top of the boots around the ankle can be pretty rough if tied too tight before they get broken in. They add a good 1 to 2 inches to your height. I delivered in these boots for UPS during peak season 2015, they are comfortable, easy to move in, feet wont get tired as quickly or at all. don't step in any puddles or let snow melt on top of the boot by the laces. your feet will get wet. These lace all the way up, so you have to untie and retie the boots. not that big of a deal, but i was used to boots with either a) a zipper on the side or b) the hooks on the sides to where you can pull the tied laces out and just relace them that way. not sure what else to say. ... show more

Was wearing Thorogood with gelpacks in heels. Great 11 inch boots, and waterproof to a certain point in the life of the boot. Then total breakdown of the uppers. My workplace has alot of water and other liquids on the floor. (non toxic) So when i found the Nikes...I just had to try them out. Very good support. A bit more firm...but my feet are not tired at the end of my shift. So far satisfied with the waterproof claim, and the softness of the uppers.A bit narrow, but I place them on a boot heater before I wear them. I like them! I recommend highly. Jimmy ... show more

I was worried about getting these because when they came in they seemed too heavy ( at least to me) but I bought them for my husband and he really likes them so I'm happy with them. He's still breaking them in but he says they're very durable and he'll have them for a while.

My husband loves these boots so much that he has 2 pair and bought a pair for his brother. Fits great and comfortable . He wore them to New York and walked around all day. Great in snow, and rain.

I’ve bought these boots every year for 13 years+ they usually last 10-12 months for me. Didn’t even last 5 months this time. Plus I’m not even as rough on them as I used to be. They’re falling apart at toe, and lost comfortably. Plus I pay about $100 more now than used to. Very disappointed

    • Love these shoes.
I use them for my job as well as for personal use. You might need a insert if you stand on your feet for 5 plus hours straight but otherwise these shoes are as advertised.

a little stiff when I got them, but are breaking in great. Taking care of my feet. I have diabetic nueropathy, so comfortable shoes are necessary. I did replace insole with Dr Sholes active wear sole.
