We have the newton mattress at home and we are so impressed by newton products! Their breathable products should be the universal standard! We travel quite a bit and thought this would be a no brainer! It is very easy to set up and the quality feels very very nice! It’s a great material that is esthetically pleasing! It fit in our hotel room great and didn’t take up too much space —photo shown in review! However, when it was time to take it down, oh my!!!! I read the instructions and watched the newton YouTube video probably about 5 times. In theory, it’s not that hard! However, my buttons just wouldn’t give! I messed with this a whole 30 minutes trying to take it down and broke it in the process! Imagine hotel check out is in 20 min and your child is screaming lol. Like the video & instructions , I pushed the button and grabbed the leg the way it was shown to have it fold in. Took quite a bit of effort and the last leg broke as apart of this process. The plastic piece had gotten stuck as the leg has folded down and the elastic snapped. In addition, the other buttons to fold the play yard at side would not go down easily. Before taking it apart, I would have given it 5 stars no problem, but now I’m giving it 3. Went back and forth between 2-3 stars, but it’s a good product if you don’t take it down. It’s disappointing that it was not only so hard to take down, but broke in the process. A lot of other reviews I have read on various sites seemed to be part of a promo, so I wonder if they were hesitant to show these details? Hope this helps! ... show more

We love our newton mattress for the crib so I ordered this pack and play. My son still doesn’t love it yet. Change is hard. But it packs great and is very lite to carry. But it’s a pain to fold down at first. Hoping it gets easier over time.
