Update - changing to 4 stars from 3 because Amazon replacement was perfect. ———- This probably would've gotten a 5 star review if it wasn't for 2 things: - The middle bottle (Gardenia) leaked all out by the time the package arrived - The plastic bottle stopper is very difficult to remove (which is surprising how 1 bottle leaked) The package is nice and the scents smell good. The bottles, decorative flower and reeds look classy. What really annoyed me was the leak from one of the bottles and how difficult it was to open the bottle stopper. It took me several minutes with a small flat screwdriver and a needle-nose plier to get the stopper out. ... show more

My first reed diffusers arrived and I discovered the lilac scent had leaked. I contacted the seller and received a new set within two days. I’m actually glad I got a replacement because I realize the first one was missing the reeds. The scents aren’t my favorite, but they are nice and they are not overwhelming in a room. The containers are small so you can put them in a less noticeable space. The fragrance starts out strong but seems to regulate and settle after a day or two (or maybe that’s my imagination). I see complaints about difficulty removing the plastic plugs that seal the bottles, but those are seriously overblown in my opinion. Yes, the plugs are tight because they're plugs that do their job sealing in the product without a single drop leaked. Removing the plug is simple enough as poking a knife through the top and levering it plug out. It's really not even worth mentioning as a complaint.     • It’s almost impossible to get the stoppers out

My hands were literally bleeding by the time I got the stopper out. I ended up just jamming it in the bottle. Need to do something about the stoppers. Otherwise they are nice.

These look beautiful and the scents are wonderful. I was hoping for a stronger scent to be let off. It’s very mild and not overwhelming which I appreciate. I was hoping you could smell it when you walked into the room.
