The media could not be loaded. I’ve used money clip type wallets for close to 2 decades. My day-to-day used to be a dress leather one (Coach) that allowed me to hold up to about 4 ID and or credit cards along with a wad of cash. While it worked well, my work place required me to present an ID badge each time entering the building. Pulling out my ID got annoying, really fast. I eventually purchased a badge holder that incorporated a money clip on the backside which I still use. I like it, however it is limited to holding my work ID badge and an ATM card card behind it. So where does this minimalist wallet fit in? Somewhere in between the leather dress wallet and my work badge wallet clip. I have attached a video that shows what the wallet looks like holding some cash, a credit card in the ID bay, and 5 additional cards in the sandwiched slot area. So it can hold more than my Coach wallet could, but it starts to get thick and heavy. That said, here’s my take for pros and cons. Pros: - Very good price point for features - All card holding areas are snug; a shake test didn’t cause any cards to accidentally fall out - Easy ID retrieval from the ID holder area - Generous elastic; 3 bands help to ensure that the main card holding area is secure; of course time will tell on its durability - If you’re the lanyard type, there is an attachment area located on the money clip Cons: - The robust materials used means that the wallet is relatively heavy even when empty - Carbon fiber looking material used for the backing is rather thin; as a result, the edges feel a little too sharp for my taste (though not dangerous) - Lanyard attachment design will likely interfere with any wad of cash held by the clip; while it’s likely to work, attaching a lanyard clip will likely cause any clipped cash to not be able to seat all the way to the spine of the clip (minor, but a detail worth mentioning) Conclusion: Anyone purchasing this minimalist wallet should know ahead of time what qualities they’re looking for. If you want something industrial looking, high functionality, and will mostly pocket carry, this wallet fits the bill. If you’re needing something light, or to wear around your neck, or if you truly are a minimalist that will carry a couple cards and cash at most… you will likely find this wallet over featured and too thick and heavy. ... show more

It is a very sturdy card holder. there is even a place for your room card key or what ever card you use frequently in the front of the wallet for easier access. I do not clip it on my belt or pants- I drop it in my purse where it gets quickly lost. no place to clip it in the purse. the elastic is exceptionally strong. I have difficulties getting my cards out of this wallet. someone else stronger may not. My men prefer the foldable wallet and they also prefer something place to put the paper money .. otherwise this wallet is well made and of good quality. ... show more

Edit: After sending my disappointed review, the company immediately reached out to me to make it right. They did not ask me to amend my review and on the contrary just wanted me to be satisfied with the resolution (which I am). They advised me that I will get a new wallet with screws which have now been updated in the new model. Now I can say I will shop with them again. Great customer service Like some other reviewers said: fell apart after a couple of months of use. Bought it in March 2023. Fast forward to October 2023 (7 months later), the screws holding the ID clear plastic case already "fell". Of course, I don't know when it happened (maybe happened long before then) and now useless to carry my ID since it won't hold it no more. All I would do with this wallet is put it in my pocket or bag and then place it on table. Never dropped once but falling apart. Needless to say it's now going to the landfill. Not buying it again. This was the first minimulist wallet I purchased that I actually liked. It fit great in my front pocket and was great for holding my work badge. I showed everyone at work my wallet and told them where I got it. Then last week I was at work and when I pulled my wallet out of my front pocket the money clip was pointing the wrong direction. I looked at the wallet and realized 3 of the screws on the back had fallen out. I was super bummed I love this wallet. If I had known this would be an issues I would have put some lock tight on the screws. My only recommendation would be to remove the screws one at a time and ad a pin tips amount of lock tight to each screw and this wallet should last for a long time. I wish the company sold spare parts (elastic band, screws, money clip, ECT. ) I'd buy some up in a heartbeat. ... show more

People have inserted so many credit cards that their wallets became 1/2 to 3/4 inches thick. I, on the other hand, don't have that many cards but the wallet is great. One complaint I have is that the wallet isn't wide enough for clipping on dollar bills. When I fold my bills in half (length wise), there's not enough area for the folded bills to lay flat on completely. Usually you have a wallet for years but this one the screws are falling out and it’s coming apart with in 5 months from purchasing. I would not recommend. UPDATE: Seller contacted and replaced the wallet free of charge! New wallet is holding up like it should.
