I have had these tired on my Toyota Camry for four months now and about 5,000 miles. I do really like the tires. My hybrid has a lot of torque so I can sort of spin them but on my car they don't spin like a regular tire. They sort of slip a few inches, then catch, then slip a few inches. Most tires I can spin easily if I want to but I could not do that with these. Traction in the rain and in dry weather has been very good. They do produce slightly more noise than my previous tire...and on certain roads/bridges where the concrete as cross ridges dug into it the tires can be VERY noisy. But those road conditions are never very long since just about the only place I encountered them was on a few concrete bridges. I only bought two tires to start with to make sure I would like them(and I do) so I am now going to order another pair for my rear wheels. In general I'm impressed with the Michelin brand. They seam to give me the best performance and last longer than other tires before I start having problems with them. A problem free tire during it's life on my car is VERY important to me. Another tire I can recommend is the Michelin Defender tire. It provided me with long lasting trouble free use. I will say one more thing about the Cross Climate 2 tires....They look AWESOME. LoL. I feel that's its safe to judge this tire, after owning 4 on my sons VW jetta for a year now. After four seasons in the northeast, this tire has proven to me, that this is the best tire for the money. great draining during down pours , hugs the road very well, but what sold me was the traction on snowy winter days. never lost control going up or down hill. If you want piece of mind what your son or daughter is driving on during nasty weather. this is the tire you want ... show more

    • Not Noisy At All For A Winter Tire

Supposedly this has the ability to run all seasons, but with real winter tire grip. It definitely did better than my all season tires in the snow. But I've not had snow tires on this particular car with which to compare it. It cost significantly more than other tires in this category, but my thought is that I'll get that back by not having to switch off summer/winter tires twice a year at $80 each. We will see how it wears over the summer, I typically put less than 10K miles on my car a year, so hoping it lasts a while. ... show more

After one month on my 2007 Honda Accord, the tires are great. When it rained, on purpose I tried to over turn or make the tires spin, they would not. Great tires as advertised. The one “con” I have is they are not quiet tires, BUT they are not loud either. Tirerack has them at a 9 for quiet tires, I would make that a 8.0 I will try to give another review when the winter hits here in northern Virginia. ... show more
