First off, this sweater is very soft and the thickness of the fabric is just right. Not too heavy to be bulky but thick enough to feel cozy. I ordered an extra large, as I always size up on these types of brands and it fits just right. The light blue pictured is a true representation and it's very pretty. The length of the sleeves and the sweater length overall are just right. I don't have the figure, nor am I of an age, to wear short or cropped tops. I like to be covered and not worry of I bend over to pick something up that my back or backside are going to be in display. It's been washed 3 times so far-the first 2 times in a large lingerie bag as some of the off-brands do not last too long once they've been laundered. So far, so good. But there is one negative: it pills. Terribly. Thankfully I have a good sweater shaver, which takes care of the problem but it is a negative and why I only gave 4 stars. Three wearings should not be pilling that badly. I do like the sweater so I am keeping it but I probably wouldn't get another one. ... show more

The material was very soft but yet sturdy, I really wanted to love it. there were so many negative reviews on the way / poor way, that it was sewn, that I hesitated. But I ordered and yes, the craftman ship is poor. the left sleeve, was not sewn straight, and the sleeve kept bunching up crooked. I just couldn't even wear it out. with in 30 minutes of wearing around the house, it was off. ... show more

I expected this to be a top but it’s heavy knit like a sweater. Still, looks great, awesome stretch. I probably could have sized down to a medium but I like the forgiveness of the large. Amazing color - if I needed winter clothes I’d have it in every one. The buttons are real, so you get you choice of demure or décolletage. Recommend!
