I bought this as bunk beds for my kids (ages 3 and 6). It worked out well! It was fairly simple to put together. Directions were easy to follow. Some pieces were not labeled correctly and that caused a bit of confusion. But we figured it out. Wood is sturdy and I feel comfortable that it will hold up with my kids. First of all, I love the idea of how convertible this bed could be used. It’s a great space saver and economically makes a lot of sense to not invest in a desk and chair when I could get both in one. LOTS of scuffs, scrapes, dings, poor job painting , a lot thinly painted spots too. Just all over the whole product. Overall seems cheaply made. It was a cute idea for a girls room. The kiddo still loves it. But it’s going to need a paint job and some reinforcement.

NO. The manufacturer had to have messed up so many pieces. We followed directions and took things apart to flip them around thinking maybe we messed up but no the bed pieces just weren’t cut right or screw holes weren’t meant to fit in where they go.Once it’s built there’s no way it’ll come apart in convenient pieces to move nor will it fit through a door so as much as I want my $ back I don’t have the time or energy to take it apart and send it back. We redid holes and have extra screws. It’s usable because I have a man able to reconfigure and create the holes we needed so I’ll use it but once it’s time to move we already know it’ll be going straight to the trash ... show more

This bed so far has been great! It seems like it would take a long time, but it didn’t. It’s a lot of parts but it’s easy to understand the instructions. It’s great for our 4 and 7 year old.
