Liked everything except for the reclining part as it dose not recline very far back to rest. When you recline to nap your not flat and your lower back is uncomfortable I bought this for my elderly mom but i sleep in it as I'm here 24 hours caring for mom and i do not get good sleep because of this situation and cup holders do not hold most cup sizes or styles ... show more

    • Doesn’t work they won’t help
This chair doesn’t work properly, my mother has gotten stuck in it 2 times because the lift Wouldn’t operate. My mother was stuck for over 45 minutes before I could get home and she was hysterical. I was able to duplicate the problem myself .. so now I have a video .. I have messaged them 4 times received 1 response that didn’t answer my questions, just request a video. We have only had this 3 weeks ... show more

My mother ordered 2 of these. Got worried thinking we got screwed when only 1 of the boxes arrived. Today the other 3 got here and they are now assembled. I have to say I'm very surprised and pleased. They are as sturdy as can be expected and the vibration modes are intense. Felt good on me and I'm not going to be in it all the time. They look good and are very functional. I appreciate Mecor Direct contacting me via messenger to make sure I was squared away. I normally don't like dealing with email only. Now 1 chair piece needs to be returned because as you can see very clearly I have 2 bottom pieces that are 2 different colors and no top. Excellent chair for the price. Arrived in two shipments and was so easy to assemble. The only complaint is the remote is slightly confusing and super sensitive to touch so the vibrate/massage turns on really easy. My mom loves it and my brother assembled it by himself in about 15 minutes. There was a box under the seat that had some parts we thought were missing, but they weren’t. We zip tied her phone charger to the chair remote so she wouldn’t lose it. I couldn’t find a lift chair locally for under $1300. ... show more

Has lifetime warranty. Looks like it will last for a while. Works like a bed, with a little massage, heat, and multi recline positions. Kinda hard to assemble, but still ok.
