The media could not be loaded. Let me just start by saying this is a beautiful and amazingly soft wig!! As a bit of a background I'll say, I've been an everyday wig wearer for around 4 years now. My typical wigs are synthetic and don't last very long, especially as tangle and softness goes. I wanted to try a longer real hair wig for so long, but couldn't let myself spend the money for fear it wouldn't be that great or natural. This wig is beautiful! It's soft! Just the layerwork of the hair in the back gives it a nice full feeling when you're putting your fingers through it. But as some of the other reviewers have said it's not a super heavy or hot wig. I wore it out all day yesterday in 90°f weather, and it held up great, and didn't even feel as sticky or heat heavy as my other wigs. So it gives you enough air without scrimping on the right amount of hair. It's barely shed at all and thats coming from someone who is used to losing large chunks of hair when brushing my other wigs. The netting, or cap of the wig is slightly smaller than I'm used to. Not really a Con, I just turn my wigs to the side slightly so the part is to the side because I prefer to make the bangs sweep. So there is the small part of the cap that is supposed to sit behind your ear that rubs against mine. But that is due to personal preference. I'm fine with it as i enjoy the smaller cap staying closer to my head and less movement during normal activities! But I will say its smaller than any other wig cap I've had before. I don't even have to attach the straps on the inside. It has very nice sturdy hair combs on the front and back. The bangs might be a tad long for some but as I said i like to turn it a little to the side to make them sweep bangs and i also use bobby pins to hold them back some. Otherwise the wig is amazing, soft, stays smooth without tangling easily, didn't have too strange a smell (I always rub my hands in my leave in conditioner and pat new hair down anyway) and was quick and easy to put on. I wish I had a picture to show because this wig has made me feel like a hot girl all week. I bought it because I needed a change. This wig exceeded my expectations. I was a little nervous buying this because of the reviews. It’s super soft so I do believe it is real hair. Mine had no weird smell. There was minimal shedding, a little bit when I first brushed it but after that not much at all. There’s isn’t hair left over in every area that I leave like I’ve experienced with other wigs. There was no weird smell. I ordered a 20 inch and i am happy with the length. It is truly glue-less, it really is secure enough to wear without glue because it has four combs, it’s fits snug and there are adjustable straps. Most wigs have adjustable straps and combs but I’ve never had a wig fit me this snug without glue, on top of that it isn’t so tight that it hurts. I even had my boyfriend do a pull test. It makes me so happy to not have glue anywhere near my natural hair anymore because I don’t want to harm my edges. I also don’t have to worry about my part looking right anymore before I leave the house, or the messy looking glue on my lace and all in my hair (I usually wear lace fronts). It is definitely big head friendly as well. Not to mention, I sleep in this wig too, it is very low maintenance. I just put it in a loose bun and put on a bonnet with a makeup head band (i purchased them on Amazon as well, they are meant to be worn to keep hair out of your face while doing skin care or makeup, they are super cute, in case you didn’t know) I wear the headband to make sure my bonnet stays on & it isn’t uncomfortable. The only cons I can say is the bangs are definitely long, they go past my eyebrows.I would trim them a little but I am so scared to mess up this beautiful wig. Honestly that issue can be easily solved by pushing the wig back a bit, which is how I wear it. I see a lot of people complaining about the closure and that’s just the trade off to having a wig without lace. Honestly some of the reviews are a little dramatic about that. No, the wig doesn’t have a part but typically there isn’t a part in the hair, even real hair when there are bangs off this style. Honestly the closure doesn’t look as bad in real life as some of the pictures people have taken for their reviews. I feel like the pictures make it look worse than it is because people are taking a pic with flash directly on top of the wig and flash makes anything stand out. It’s like if you were to take a picture of your face close up with flash, every single imperfection or blemish would stand out. No one would notice it unless they are going to shine a flashlight directly on the top of your head. I don’t even notice it when I look in the mirror and I’m the one wearing the wig. I’ve gotten so many compliments from my boyfriend in this wig and I think it’s beautiful as well. Yes the wig is thin but it sits beautifully, it doesn’t look “wiggy” and it lays flat. To the beginners who may be reading this, you have to do the proper preparation to your natural hair in order for a wig to lay flat, your natural hair also has to be laying flat or braided. if the closure is a big problem for you then a little mascara or foundation can create the illusion of a part. I bought this unit to wear for my Valentines date. It was good for that evening. I noticed a knot on top but felt it wasn't noticeable enough to cause any real concern the next time I wore it I was just out running errands for the day. When I returned home I noticed the wig held on to EVERY odor I had encountered while outside. I hung it up to see I'd this would alleviate the problem. It didn't. The next time I went to wear it the unit it still stank so I decided to wash it. Big big big mistake. Several plugs came out of it while I was simply swishing the unit up and down. This brings me back to the knot I noticed the first day. The plugs were coming mostly from that area. It gets worse. I left the unit to soak and in cold water which was Luke warm by the time I came back. The unit was matted and tangles beyond recognition. I tried to blow dry it a little to see if I could brush the unit in efforts to detailed. More plugs of hair came out Long and short...this unit looks and feels good when you first take it out of the package and even on first wear but after that it's a mess. Upon purchasing, the hair seems more like a full frontal bang straight hair. It's not. In order to get a good look, (there is a slight part at the front) so I scooped the partial full bang to the side of my face and curl the hair a bit. Bang is also a bit thin. Overall little to no shedding, hair is soft and has it's own sheen after washing. No need for any oils. I did read in the reviews about the top of the hair not being flat when wearing. Yes it is true. Tried use a flat iron and a heated wand to get it flat.. I give it 4stars for these reasons ... show more
