I ordered the sign in July 2021 and got it set up by following the included video. Worked fine for my purposes but after about 4 months it died. I emailed the company in China and they said they'd send out another when available. After a few months I emailed them again and was told it was in-stock and they'd ship it out. About a month later I received the sign and all was good for about a year and then it too died. Rather than recycling them both I figured I'd open one up and see if anything was obviously damaged. I saw two bulging capacitors (of three identical ones) so researched them and ordered a six pack which would be enough to replace all 3 on each board. This is the Amazon # for the capacitors I used - B073YQB539 (Panasonic high quality brand). After replacing all 6 of them both lights are working fine. Note - the capacitors are directional so be sure to align the minus sign to match the existing capacitor placement. Btw - there is a thick glue poured over lots of places. The first sign I took out the PCB which was difficult with all the glue. For the 2nd sign I just replaced the capacitors without taking the board out. ... show more

I have had this for 2 years now and I really to love it. Not sure how to do the 3 lines but one line is fine for me. My usb doesn't seem to work now but I really hope I can redownload it so that I have the most up to date software for my sign. Not sure how to contact the seller accept through the review. Still waiting for someone to contact me or give me the right information so I can fix my flash drive and continue using my LED light otherwise it is worthless. ... show more

I hardly ever leave product reviews but this Polar LED deserves one. Very well constructed sign with built in WiFi and packed extremely well and delivered next day. First their isn’t any true videos of how bright and colorful this LED is. Video just doesn’t seem to capture the true result. Totally awesome sign. YouTube Videos on line will get you started with the software and in no time you’ll figure out how it all works. Not a very steep learning curve at all. Had an awesome sign program running on the sign in less than an hour. My only wish is that their iPhone app was in English. Fantastic LED sign, you won’t be disappointed. ... show more

This product is bright and easy to set up. There is a bit of a learner curve but unless you are computer illiterate it's not that hard. Just a little trial and error

    • WARNING! Won't last 2 years!
These signs are basically cheap junk. We had hoped to get 5 years out of them but they failed in less than 2 years. Now they just flash eradict and can't be reprogramed. Save your money buy something better.
