I am purchasing this shake in the hope to control my appetite and cravings, to lose some weight with portion control and some exercise. I will be using this shake as a lunch replacement once a day. My first impression after receiving my strawberry shake mix- I didnt receive a scoop in the powder, and I dug pretty far to the bottom? So I took the scoop out of a different protein powder I had. My scoop is 35 grams and I mixed ONE scoop to 10 oz water. Today I had this shake for supper at 4pm. And it was actually VERY good compared to all other shakes I have had in the past. I drank it in a few minutes, It was smooth and tasted similar to strawberry nesquick milk... Update(3/22/17): It is 8:30 pm and I have NO appetie. No cravings and feel full. Update (3/24/17): I have been consuming the this drink the last few days at the same ratio 10 oz to ONE scoop powder. I have been having it as my lunch and I am usually full till ATLEAST 5pm and do not eat much for supper and wake up not very hungry (THAT IS CRAZY FOR ME). My diet has been eggs and toast in the morning, snack around 10 am usually peanuts, shake for lunch, some kind of lean protein for supper and veggies... I eat and I am really not that hungry...it is AMAZING! The last few days have made me realize how much bad stuff I have been eating?! I have tried SO many diet shakes, and once they leave the body, you typically feel starved and eat worse, but this shake must be magic (haha!).I can't believe how much my appetite has been controlled CONTINOUSLY!! I will post updates as I go on with this Meal replacement! We will see if the "full" effect lasts, and if i have any weightloss results! ... show more

I have been using this for about 4 months and it's amazing. I have tried 3 diff flavors and my favorite is cinnamon bun. It helped me lose weight and become fit. I drank this everyday for lunch and it kept me full about 5 hours. I started at 155 lbs and I am now 126 lbs. It helped me take in less calories and kept me full. It also tastes amazing ... show more

In ordering of deliciousness- #1 - Chocolate, this was actually really enjoyable to drink every morning. I decided to try Strawberry after finishing Mocha just because I heard good things about it in the review. #2 - Strawberry, this was... meh. I liked the taste, but if you left your shaker un-attended in direct sunlight for more than 5 minutes you would experience an extremely sour smell that would practically stain the inside of your shaker. #3 - Power Latte, this is the last and most recent flavor I tried. The taste is pretty horrid, doesn't really have a good balance of "latte" taste and protein taste... just ends up kind of tasting like $hit. I enjoyed not needing to drink coffee in the morning, but would rather just drink coffee due to the taste. I will be going back to Chocolate, hands down the most balanced and easiest to drink flavor. Love it! I'm a chocolate lover so chocolate is what I've bought. It says 16 servings per container. But being I like to add other ingredients in my shake for breakfast or lunch. I get 32 servings out of it by using 1 scoop and my other added ingredients. Banana,flax, Almound milk, spinach etc Blend all in my bullet and I'm good to go. I aim for under350- 400 calories per shake. Keeps me full and full of energy to workout, and keep up with the daily routines. Definitely will continue buying. I noticed that some people didn't like it. That's hard to believe. I suppose it's possible but I suspect it's one or more competitors with a fake review. I've tried every flavor and they are all the best I have ever had. The nutrition is outstanding. Like so many others I was using the Beach Body shakes to try and supplement one meal a day for weight loss but I hated the hefty price tag. So, I stopped using it all together and entered into my forties where metabolism became a thing of the past. So fast forward to 10 pounds later and a fair amount of research, I decided to give this product a try. I chose the CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER. Let’s be honest, these things don’t really taste like a milkshake. They all leave a little bit of an aftertaste and they’re much better when you add REAL food items to it whether it be bananas, strawberries or a scoop of real peanut butter -don’t bother with the flavored powders it’ll only going to enhance the funkiness. Basically if you’re looking for something that tastes like an actual milkshake this isn’t it and best of luck finding one that isn't loaded with sugars! I mix mine with low calorie oat milk and ice. Without the ice it’s really thick and doesn’t go down as well (in my opinion). As far as suppressing my appetite it works! I don’t feel the need to snack and I’m a habitual snacker, which of course is the bane of my existence and the entire reason I need to skip a meal. I have to psych myself up to sub my lunch for a shake Every. Single. Day. “Yay! ANOTHER shake.” But...it’s all about sacrifices and reasonable expectations.
