First of all, I absolutely love the thick texture and rich moisturizer this gives! It is far and away my favorite lip mask and it helped my dry chapped lips from the winter cold and winds. I bought it in Coconutter. It has a slight coconut scent. That said, it is .44 of an oz and I paid $13.95. I ordered it on Dec 10 and received it Dec 14. Today is Jan 3 and I’ve already run out. The main ingredients are lanolin and lanolin oil. I ordered a 7 oz jar of NOW pure lanolin and it is equally as moisturizing with no scent. The 7 oz jar was $9.99 making it FAR more cost effective! If you want something you can throw in your purse or put in your pocket, Lanolips will certainly work. But know you are getting less than half an ounce compared to a 7 oz jar for under $10. I have a couple of lanolips tubes for my purse and now have the NOW 7 oz jar next to my bed. I will definitely reorder the NOW. If you’re looking to get more bang for your buck, buy the NOW jar. If you thought about buying “lip masks” from all these popular brands on Instagram and TikTok, and felt like they didn’t do what you expected them to do. ACTUALLY relieve the portion of your lip that was peeling and gross. ACTUALLY make your lips look plumper and more hydrated, been drawn in by the idea that THIS will be the solution to the very “YOU” problem that everyone keeps taking about but missing the mark. Constantly disappointed, but sold time and time again to think this is the one solution for you. then all I can tell you is I have used Carmex because it makes me believe that it’s doing something. Convenient tube you can tuck into a pocket or purse. It has a hint of strawberry flavoring the lanolin, a nice change from the unflavored lanolin I usually buy. I will be purchasing more to try out more flavors. It shipped quickly and arrived faster than initially expected.

Y’all. I’m telling you- this is THE solution to the problem of seemingly permanently cracked or split lips. I have thick lips that have decided to be one or another form of cracked, split, or just so-dry-they’re-tight ever since masks stopped being required. Idk if I was just mouth breathing FTW all the time in those masks or what running around at work, but nothing, *nothing* fixed the dryness. All the main brands, even some fancy ones, gone went and tried layering them all under generous amounts of Vaseline. Pounding water like I may never see it again… might work for a bit but eventually back to awful and dry. I put this on and, seemingly like magic, my lips feel normal again- FINALLY. If you have persistently dry lips that other balms can’t fix, it is my joy to deliver this review to you. It will work, amazingly. It penetrates the deep cracks & those awful little vertical dry pieces that all the other stuff so far hasn’t seemed to reach. Has a nice rich texture without creating a nasty thick layer that sits on the lips while leaving them feeling dry underneath. Tbh I was a little worried the smell would be too strong but that is untrue! Fragrance is almost undetectable to me! TLDR: this ish WORKS for even the most cracked miserable lips when other balms won’t- BUY IT! ... show more

This is very thick. It is definitely moisturizing and a little bit goes a long way but you have to let it warm up on your skin before it becomes spreadable. It has a nice light coconut scent

Overall rating a 3/5 because it’s hard to control how much comes out. Lost more than half with one gentle squeeze. It’s moisturizing and smells good but it was a waste of money because of the packaging.
