This dollhouse is legit. I fully expected a few plastic pieces to show up in the box that needed to be snapped together. This is not the case. We own a few other kid Kraft items, including a kitchen, so I should not have been so surprised by the quality. This dollhouse will last for YEARS. It is beautiful, sturdy, accurate, and my daughter is absolutely in love with it. A few things to note: - there are several different colored screws in the kit. They are all labeled the same. You need to pay particular attention to which colors match up with certain areas of the house. This is not specifically called out, but would be nice if they were. - the stairs are plastic, and almost are contrasting with the rest of the design. Also, they seemed to get in the way of actually playing with the rooms. We removed them for my daughter’s playtime, but she always insists we put them back when she is done. - my daughter is 2.5 years, and she loves it. But I also believe that kids from 3-7 would be equally impressed. All in all, this is an incredibly well made dollhouse. High quality, large size, and fun to play with. I ordered this doll house for my little sister for Christmas and I have to say this…. It’s amazing! It’s easy to assemble! Instructions were clear, had I not messed up on the roof part I would have been done within 2 hrs tops! Such a gorgeous house! Your children will love it!

This is an absolutely beautiful doll house! We are major Disney & Beauty and the Beast fanatics at our house so this was a must buy for us and it did not disappoint. The scenery on the doll house is spot on, the dining room looks just like the movie and reminds of us of our favorite Disney restaurant 'Be our Guest.' The details on the doll house such as Chip and Mr. Potts as well as Belle's famous yellow dress are stunning and whimsical. My children love everything about this doll house and so do I. The only slight improvement I would make is with the staircase, it is very large and blocks the main floor, making it hard to move the dolls around however because it doesn't stay in place well (a design flaw that works out well in this case) we simply move the stairs off to the side of the house near the balcony making it easier to use the main floor of the doll house and keeping them from being knocked over multiple times during use. Truly a beautiful doll house and I 100% recommend it. This is our second Kidkraft doll house (our older daughter has a different style) and both have been nothing short of awesome!     • House is sturdy, but accessories not so much
It was easy to put together. super cute. my daughter has had this for a year now the house itself is very sturdy, but the stair case and railing fall off easily and about half of the furniture broken but still useable. I still give it a 4/5

This house was a pain to put together, one of the holes was off by like a half inch so I had to drill one myself, a corner of the wall paper was not glued down very well, and you have to also assemble some of the furniture and the stairs.... But once all set up and done it's pretty awesome! I was able to stick on a piece of tape to fix the wall paper, and when looking at it you can't even tell. The bed and big chair have padding so that's cool, and all the furniture are wooden. Not to mention that the chandelier actually hangs from the ceiling (it's on a string.. like a Xmas ornament.. and hangs onto a wooden peg at the top on the inside). It's really sturdy and it even came with tools to hook onto the wall in case you want to be extra sure that it won't ever fall over if a child was to pull on it or something. I honestly don't thing you would need to use it, but some people like to be extra cautious. It's crazy how tall it is and how much stuff came with it for that price. What a deal! I'm pretty sure my daughter's going to freak out when she opens her bday present on Saturday (she's turning 4). I would've loved this when I was her age. FYI: if you intend to buy this for your child for a surprise or present, definitely assemble it first before you give it to them. Its BEAUTIFUL once assembled. Make sure you have time and space to assemble because it for sure is time consuming and if you are not careful putting one wrong piece in the wrong place can make you have to start all over. So for sure not easy but worth it. I would say the caslte itself is durable. How ever some of the pieces are plastic so of course they can get lost or broken. But for sure worth the money. Perfect for batbie size dolls. ... show more

My daughter asked for a “rainbow castle” from Santa for Christmas. There were a few rainbow castle options that came up on amazon but I got led here as a suggestion and took a gamble based on the reviews. My five year old daughter is thrilled. We also purchased the Belle and Beast doll set and the castle character set. The castle itself comes with nice furniture and accessories. Mrs Claus assembled it with little issue though it took awhile. The screws are painted to match the castle, so you have to pay attention to which color screw you use, they are not separated. Bonus, fingerling monkeys enjoy hanging around the balcony:) there is so much detail to this dollhouse, even though she didn’t ask for Beauty and the Beast, she ended up with the whole set thanks to Santa and she is so happy. ... show more
