Our 19 year old kitty passed and my bf and her had a good bond. She came home in a beautiful engraved box but it sits on my night stand bc I was with her the full 19 years. He met her a few years ago when we started dating. He loved her so much. He has said he wished he had her on his side. I wanted a small urn and this was perfect. I wanted something that we could keep our dog's ashes in but didn't want something big. I wanted something that was more inconspicuous that it was our dog's ashes. This fit the bill. This fits in the palm of my hand. It is made very well. Solid. Heavy for its size. The lid screws on easily and off easily. The lid stays on securely! One of the reasons I like this for the size is that we wanted to spread our dog's ashes in his favorite places. I can easily put this in my purse or in my hand or in the glove box of our vehicle. This is much smaller than expected. My son and I each bought one to share our beloved kitty that had passed. He was 15 pounds and didn’t fit into the two. Beautiful piece otherwise.
