At first glance, this seems like a really nice double ball bowling bag. It has convenience pockets on the front, sides and back - as well as a separate zippered section for shoes. The main compartment has a foam ball holder for two bowling balls and a divider you can secure with velcro to keep them from hitting each other. But for me...this is where the good part stops and the questionable begins... The zippers seem to be cheaply made and the clasp that secures the shoulder strap is noticeably thinner than what I am used to seeing. And given this bag is supposed to be able to transport two bowling balls and accessories, you would think the hardware would be much more substantial. I took a couple of pics showing the shoulder strap clasp compared to a quarter. Also look closely at the pic with two straps side by side. The one on the right is the bowling bag shoulder strap and the one on the left came from a slim laptop case. You can easily see the difference in thickness. But all is not lost. This would make a wonderful bag to store extra balls or equipment - or even repurpose it to carry anything that doesn't have a lot of weight to it I really like the color and have found it to be quite useful as a general tote bag.     • For The Not So Serious Bowler
Exactly as pictured and described, this is a great dual ball bag for the not-so-serious or occasional bowler. I'm on several bowling leagues and there would be no way I would schlup my two balls every week on my shoulder, and they only weigh 8 pounds each. Anyone with heavier balls would more likely go with a roller bag. I, too, prefer the roller bags just to save my neck, shoulders, and back. Also note that there are no ball cups and the balls are held in place by straps only. With that said, they do stay in place because there is no additional room on sides or in between the balls to move around. In conclusion, this is a very durable bag with lots of room to hold all your bowling gear. For me, this will serve as a great storage for other balls or maybe even a, overnight travel bag. ... show more

It is what it is, but... While this bag is great for protecting your expensive bowling balls it needs to be transported on a rolling cart. I use a small luggage cart and it works well. Hauling 30lbs plus on your shoulder can be a bit awkward The only thing I don't like is the color but what are you going to do. ... show more

    • Strap broke after 3 uses
This bag seemed really great at first. It easily holds 2 balls, towel, and has a really convenient shoe compartment on top. It was comfortable to carry and had a nice sturdy base. Unfortunately, the clasp where the shoulder strap connects to the bag busted completely off after only 3 uses. I don't think I'll be able to fix it, so I guess the durability just isn't there or maybe it is only made for really light balls. ... show more

This bag is well made and is padded and thick. The shoulder strap is nice and the side pockets are large. The zipper works well. I could fit two pair of small shoes in the top if I wanted. No more choosing which ball to take I can now take both.

This is my first bowling bag. This came well packaged and the product does not disappoint. The price point is great ($49.99 at time of review) and the quality is phenomenal. I grew up bowling with my dad. He passed away last year and so when I go bowling I've just carried one of his balls by hand to the bowling alley (my brother wanted his bowling bag and heavier bowling balls). This is perfect as I only have the one ball and shoes at this time. It's very secure and if I ever get a ball tailored just for me I'll have a spot for it next to my dads. I have no doubt this bag will last me forever. It's very well made and would easily hold whatever weight balls you may throw. It's also got lots of extra pockets for your cloths and such. It has two options for carrying, handle or shoulder strap. I also really love the colors. Would make a great gift for the bowler in your life. 10/10 would recommend this bag. ... show more
