This unprocessed human hair came in a nice bag that can travel with and keep hair in place held with rubber bands. The tips feels nice like my own hair. Each strain feels tight and looks identical to the rest perfect crocheting by Jisheng. Took 4days to arrive. The bag from the heat had moister in the bad. I ordered this hair on April 14 I got it April 28. I personally do not like this hair for permanent locs. I’m you can tell it is not handmade and it is not real hair. The hair or fibers are loose and are falling all over the place like shavings. I believe it is a mix of some regular yaky hair bundles and something else to create a textured look. I wish I could get my money back. It was a waste. I will probably now have to spend more to get the real deal from someone local. I wouldn’t waste my money here. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Love the hair. Definitely human. Bought at natural color dyed to honey blonde. Ends were boxy but easily fixed. Soaked over night. Still a little stiff but they will loosen over time.

I didn’t like how much these locs itched my scalp and face even after washing before use. It is very rough and stiff. I couldn’t style it (curl it) because of how stiff it is. It itched my face a lot. It shed a lot and broke apart when trying to install it. It did take bleaching well. That’s the only positive. I had to cut it out of my (my hair included) I wanted to return it for a refund but not sure how I feel returning a product back with my hair in it and has been bleached. **The company reached out to me after my review to offer ways they can help. If you ever have a problem please contact their customer service as they are willing to satisfy their customers to make the issue right. These loc extensions may work for some and they may be happy with it but I still think it’s too itchy and stiff for my liking. But I will change my review of one star to four stars because the seller went out of their way to contact me to make things right. ... show more

When I opened the package the first thing that I noticed was how stiff and black the locs were. You will have to do a good amount of washing to make sure the black dye is gone. And I also noticed that in about a month the locs will start to lose some of its stiffness which is a plus. It takes 40 volume and developer very well! Size is okay just wish they were just a little bit smaller. Overall I will rate them 8/10 ... show more

Ordered 12 inches-90 count and received 100 locs, no complaints there. Also received a nice metal tip parting comb and a couple colored hair cuffs that I won’t use but the thought is nice. Quite stiff and prickly straight out of the package but no weird smells or anything. I did wash/soak in ACV, baking soda, lemon juice and a cleansing shampoo and air dry per my stylist. The water was actually pretty clear. The hair is much less stiff now but I imagine it should improve over time. Shipping was fast, received within 3 days. Attempted the burn test, the hair did crumble to ash. I haven’t tried coloring yet, I want to install in its natural state for now. I still have about two weeks until my install so I’ll update then. *UPDATE* Two months later hair still holding well, no complaints. Much less scratchy, I’ve washed 2x since installing. Still a little stiff but not noticeable as I usually wear a twist out/braid out which makes it much more flexible looking than when it’s straight. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I did a lot of research on loc extensions and decided to choose this one off of reviews. Definitely wash it before using. I will be coloring it soon. Wanted to see how it looked in its natural state first. Overall, I love it!
