THE PRECISION TIP IS WHAT MAKES THESE TWEEZERS A GOOD BUY. CACTUS NEEDLES ARE SOMTIMES DIFFICULT TO SEE, LET ALONE REMOVE, BUT THE JAPONESQUE DOES THE JOB. WE HAVE ABOUT THREE PAIRS AROUND THE HOUSE.

Very good quality product. A little expensive for a pair of tweezers if you ask me, but So much better than the junk at the big box stores. I see some reviews that say the tweezers don’t hold onto hair well enough. Here’s a tip: use a coarse emery board and Lightly(!) sand the jaw of the tweezers perpendicular to the direction of the tweezers. (If the jaw is the ‘front’ and the other end the ‘back’, sand from left to right just a few passes with light pressure and try them again) this can help to give them a little more ‘bite’ on the hair, especially thinner ones) ... show more

I have used Japonesque tweezers for years and they worked so well. I don’t know if they changed the design of their tweezers, but these do not grab any hairs at all and it’s impossible to pluck my eyebrows. It’s not just the tweezers from this seller - I bought another pair of Japonesque tweezers from Walgreens, and they did not grab hairs either. ... show more

If you deal with annoying, pesky little chin hairs, these tweezers are a fantastic! They work great on eyebrow hairs too. I lost my last pair and tried a few other brands. Other brands did not compare. These are the best!!!

I’ve had a pair of Japonesque tweezers for years and was so sad to have lost them. They have a good grip on the hair (fine or thin) and have no trouble getting the really short hairs too. On the rare occasion of splinters they’ve been a good help too. Overall these tweezers have been amazing and are a purse/makeup bag must have. I had no question in reordering these ... show more
