Description

This great Ingles Adjustable Cello and Bass Stand allows you to keep your instrument and bow, with its endpin extended, always ready to play. Folding nearly flat for storage, it features two height-adjustable cushioned arms to support the instrument's bottom and a third with a safety bar to secure the neck. The bow hangs from a cushioned hook out of harm's way, behind the instrument and off the floor. Grip knobs for easy adjustment to height of stand.

The stand is very sturdy and well made and is very stable on the floor. The stand provides a great way to keep my cello (with the end pin extended) safe and out of the way in the corner of my practice room. It is great for me because I like to play my cello many times through out the day. With this stand, I find that I play a lot more often because my cello is always set up and ready to play. I don't have to worry about leaving my cello unprotected on the floor and I don't need to keep putting it in its case after each practice. ... show more

My son just started playing the 1/8th size double bass. This stand works perfectly for leaving it out of the case in our living room. The easy access has made it so he plays everyday. Sturdy, convenient and does not take up too much space.

We actually have two of these Double Bass stands. We have had one of these stands since my daughter was in Middle School, 6 years ago. Little to no wear and tear on the stand and we have moved 2 times during those 6 years. Once you get it set for your Bass it doesn't slide or move around taking your instrument off/on every day. I'm a strings teacher, so I'm very particular about my supplies for my instruments. Super easy to put together and holds my cello really well. Love that I can put the bow on the stand. It's light enough that it's easy to move. Haven't had any issues!
