The K21 that they have launched is a complete improvement of the prior launch and it was one of the best for its time. The K21 is an upgrade that requires no tools for any adjustment. I have the K18’s which have worked well for me. When one failed near the end of the 1 year warranty period, the company was right on it with a replacement. My K18’s are working fine after 1 1/2 years, but when I replace them the new model with the US chips, auto-on and recharging case (like Air Pods) will be my choice. ... show more
