I got turned onto K beauty a couple of years ago. Using this particular line of products has been a godsend for my mature skin. The mugwort is calming, and when used in combination with other items, such as the mask and essence, it’s very hydrating.

I use this cream almost every day and sometimes even twice. It tends to work best in my nighttime routine towards the end of it when I'm layering moisturizers (in my mid 50s so I'm hitting my skin hard to keep it hydrated and supple). This cream is one of the last things to go on my skin before the occlusive moisturizer. What do I love about it? It's calming and soothing as I apply it. I keep it in my skincare frig so it feels even BETTER when going on nice and cold. Especially for summer. Mugwort is a K-beauty staple renowned for its soothing properties and I've noticed it seems to help with my rosacea-prone skin. Also, the scent of this cream is deeply earthy and extremely calming to me. I'm keeping this in the rotation even through winter. As a lighter-textured cream, this works best in a layering routine for people with mature or dry skin. Oily skin would probably do well with this as a stand alone. Love it! I have tried many Kbeauty moisturizers for my acne prone skin, but this is the best one I have ever used. The moisturizer is very lightweight and leaves a non-sticky semi-matte finish. It does have a smell to it that my Mom has complained about since she has a more keen sense of smell, but I personally am not bothered by it. This light cream is very nice! It smells very earthy and I enjoyed it. If you don’t like earthy or plant smells, this isn’t for you. I have combination skin with concerns of black heads. I’m a skin specialist and I would recommend this cream for oily to combination skin. The hydration wasn’t enough for the dry areas of my face. Unfortunately, I have to find another cream instead. I will use this in summer when the weather isn’t cold. I really love the ingredients of this cream. The texture and scent is unique. I just wish it was more hydrating. I am conflicted because while parts of my skin looked very even after using this, it also wasnt moisturizing enough for the dryer areas on my face. Before buying, I thought it would be ok that it wasn't as moisturizing as I have combo-oily skin. Clearly this was not the case.
