Stacked these on my fireplace and they look good. We currently have Halloween decor in them, but usually have Farmhouse decor in them. They are solid construction and do not wobble when stacked. They are an okay sizes. Just not sure if I would have spent that much if I was looking at them in person.

Make sure you check the dimensions because these ended up being a lot smaller than I anticipated. I feel like the photo that shows them with the chair and the books is a bit misleading. I took a pic with a paper towel roll to try to properly show the dimensions. They are super light weight and easy to knock over. If you have this style crate from Michael's or Hobby Lobby, these are much lighter. Overall they're fine to use in my son's play kitchen, we just cannot put anything breakable in them. ... show more

This wooden crate set works great for food table displays, but they are also useful for storage and other decorative purposes, the price seems a bit on the high side for the size of the crates, but they are well made and look great.

I love these crates. I moved to a new apartment in a new city and downsized alot. I was trying to find something to add dimension to my bookshelf turned TV stand. I didn't want the same boring block inserts. I came across these and they are perfect. The wood is heavy for the design, it's solid. They come packaged together in three different sizes so if you are looking for something with the same purpose as I am using them for, and have a book case with different sized compartments, these are wonderful. I haven't decided if I am going to paint them or not yet, because I love the color of the wood, but they do not match the color of wooden tiles on my floor. I might end up staining them first to see if I like that better. I have no doubt that these will be remain to be perfect no matter what I decide to do, and I will post updated photos when the project is completed. These crates are truly perfect! They come in 3 sizes all tucked inside each other with expertly cut foam to keep them from scratching or breaking. The sizes are just right for an endless variety of uses and can be repurposed at any time you wish. The finish could even be repainted if you wanted to DIY your own unique look. The wood is soft to the touch with no risk of splinters and they have handles cut into them as well. I've been meaning to get my kitchen space more organized since the counter tops tend to have loose coffee, tea, dog treat, snack bags tossed everywhere. These crates do the job wonderfully and if I ever wanted to use them somewhere else I could do so easily. The quality and value is incredibly impressive. The other crates I have are heavy and bulky and that adds weigt to my larger crates. I don’t want more weight in my storage. I want less. The fact that they nestle into each other adds to their convenience regarding storage. Their lovely finish adds a touch of rustic charm to any setting, making them perfect for craft fairs to showcase various items. I lay these crates on their side, staggered on a table for a chic farmhouse look, as a display in my vending space. I loved that they fit into one another when I received them and they smelled so nice when I opened the box. But I also love that I can use them to carry other decorations for my vending space, which makes them so handy! They are sturdy enough to handle the load and look perfect set up as a display. I have to say, I'm actually impressed with these wooden crates. They arrived packaged well, nestled inside one another, fully assembled. They are constructed of solid wood so they have a little weight to them. Each corner is reinforced with dowels to give it more stability. There are build in handles to make it easy to carry. My design aesthetic is Industrial/Rustic Farmhouse and these fit in really well, although they would actually fit in no matter what decor you have in your home. I currently have them set up in front of a table inside my entryway with a vase in one of them. I just love these crates, I have so many idea's for them. They look great with my farmhouse decor but when fall arrives, I think they are going to be decorated with harvest pumpkins & such.
