Based on other peoples reviews I got a large instead of a medium. It is too big for me but it will fit over other shirts when the weather turns cooler. For reference I am 5'7" and 147 pounds. I think it depends on how you are built through the midsection. If your waistline is fairly trim order your regular size. If you tend to carry a little more around the middle for the same weight and height then order up you will be more comfortable. Also, my arms are fairly thin because of my work. Perhaps a typical arm build at this weight and height would be more comfortable in a large. It really just depends on your build and how loose you like your activewear. I like mine a little loose but not baggy. I think the sizes run true. A medium would have fit much better. Otherwise, the seams lay flat and the fabric is smooth. Perfect for running without chafing. Color does not matter to me, only function. I do find that the color runs true to what I see on my screen. I am using an iPad if that helps anyone. It’s thin and breathable, cut for a woman’s shape. Soft material. I’ve bought the men’s version in the past and they last for many years of regular wear. I wash in cold water, avoid using fabric softener, and air dry them. Highly recommend!

I guess I didn’t read the description because I thought I was getting just a plain long sleeve T-shirt. I ordered it because of the price. When I took it out of the box, man was it soft. I tried it on right away and it feels so good against my skin. I’m about 5’ 7.5” and 125 pounds and I got a small. It fits great in the torso, but it would be nice if the sleeves were about an inch longer. I think I may just have longer than average arms though. The color is true black.     • Comfortable Sun Protection, But Not Super Flattering

I bought this shirt in several colors for sun protection. I am a US size 6 and the small fits loosely, a lot like they fit on the model in the pictures. This made them comfortable enough in the hot weather, but not flattering in pictures -- they just look baggy. While I didn't buy these to be active wear, I did end up wearing one for some short hikes and found that they kept me warmer early in the day and cool as the afternoon started heating up. The first Underwater Blue one that I received had sleeves noticeably shorter than the other colors that I had ordered. I returned it and ordered another in the same color, which arrived with longer sleeves. The Razzle Pink is much brighter than the pictures; it's a bright coral. I did not like it. I returned it and ordered the Fresh Berry, which was not as bright as the picture makes it seem, but is a nice fuchsia. For the price, they were a great option and provided the extra sun protection that I needed. ... show more

Hanes delivered a perfect shirt for my morning walk. Light weight, it's getting warm outside, soft, no friction, super comfortable, fits perfectly even after washing in cold water and gentle cycle. I bought two and will definitely buy more.

This is an excellent product for the price. The fabric is good quality and light. Perfect for bicycle riding and other sports. I usually wear size small, but decided to buy medium and it was a good decision. The small would have been to tight. I'm 5'3 and weigh a 133.
