Used these in my daughters hair because she loves to sparkle and pretend she’s a unicorn. SHE LOVED THEM! A little trial and error but I wound up having more success just using the loop part of the tool and I didn’t use the hook. These lasted a full week playing and sweating and also withstood 3 hair washes as well. I clumped them because she wanted to be able to see the tinsel in the mirror but I would do less strands of tinsel if it were me. Easy to pinch in and easy to pinch out. Everything is fine other than the tool that they send... There's two attachment pieces that look like they would go on a handle but they're not compatible with each other. We tried to secure it with a rubber band, it didn't work... I now have to buy another tool, in order to actually use this set.
