**Update- the customer service is great! After my initial review, they refunded 65% of my total purchase, sent free gifts and a gift card as a token of reconciliation. *** Maybe I got a bad batch? I was in love with these extensions when we first put them in. However it’s been 4 weeks and I’d say that for the last 2 weeks or so they have become extremely dry, tangle really quickly (immediately after brushing) and are shedding like crazy. I’m constantly applying oil and brushing 10-15 times a day. My hair looks awful and I can’t wait to have these off my head. *Yes, I use the proper shampoo. Redken is the brand I prefer. I also only wash them 1-2 times a week. I dry them on low and use minimal heat . ... show more

5 stars for attention- I wanted to wear these for a bit before making an honest review. I am a hairstylist and wanted to find an alternative, affordable option for my clients. Frankly, this is not it. I have worn these now for several weeks and they are constantly matted and shed like crazy. They are also thinner than I was anticipating, if you have thick hair you will have to put in several double rows of these. When I originally received they felt amazing so I’m assuming there’s some kind of coating on these that have them feeling good until after a couple washes. I’ve wanted to try extensions but I wasn’t willing to pay the high dollar price for them incase I didn’t like them. This hair was the perfect solution! I’m very happy with it and it feels great. I’ve been wearing Full shine wefts for almost two years now and the last two orders I’ve ordered jet black in 20” (I previously had been wearing dark brown 18”) and these two packs have not been good at all. The first pack I thought I had ruined through the summer because of swimming and such so I ordered a new pack and after the first wash (high quality shampoo/conditioner, sulfate free, etc) they are so frizzy and tangle so bad I can’t even fix it. I have them professionally sewn in and doing everything I’ve always done with the previous packs. The dark brown 18” pack as I’ve ordered in the past lasted 5-6 months with no issues at all so I’m not sure what happened with these two. I want to order another pack but I’ve wasted money on two packs now that didn’t last past the first wash… customer service can you help me out? ... show more

The best extensions I have ever ordered I won't buy any other brand from now on. The color is pretty close on it's own but I had to bleach them once to match my whitish hair they held up nicely & are still very strong & soft & have had little to no shedding the ends are also very thick I love this hair I would highly recommend buying this brand over any other ... show more
