I love these hair extensions, I’ve tried 5 or 6 different brands, and these hold up the longest. I haven’t experienced any shedding yet, and they’re thicker than I expected after reading the other reviews. The color match was perfect as well! I will definitely be buying again.

Update: I was contacted by the company who originally told me they would refund me 100% of my money and ship me a new set of extensions. The next message stated they were only planning on refunding me 50% of my money back on one set of extensions when I ordered 2. At that point the back and forth was becoming way too much and their information wasn’t adding up.. I told them I would just be returning the hair through Amazon as they wanted my address to mail me a return label which sounded really shady. Well long story short I sent them back through Amazon’s return process to find that I did not get all of my money back & the company charges a restocking fee. A restocking fee for USED hair that they will throw away anyway. Unbelievable. This is the worst company that I have ever purchased anything from in my life. They kept about $30 of my money just to return hair that has been an absolute nightmare to deal with!!! When you get messages from their customer service, the messages aren’t even written properly and very unprofessional. Purchased the first set of extensions that did not match. Purchased a second set of extensions in a blonder color thinking maybe more hair would help blend a little better. 1st set was way too dark.. Went to return.. received message from company to send them pictures. Sent many pictures as directed then questioned and told to send more pictures in the “day light” I’m not sure how many more pictures I can send or different ways of taking the pictures. The 2nd pack of hair definitely matches the best but it’s not enough hair to blend and I’m not spending more money to buy a 3rd set. The first pack of hair should have matched because I have low lights but the 2nd set of blonder hair actually matches best even though there are no low lights in the extensions. With my hair being so thin, one pack still isn’t enough. I’ve worn hair extensions my whole life and I have never had such an issue trying to get them to blend. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I got these extensions during the Black Friday sales so the price was fair. They are the seamless clip ins which I do like. The color was nice and even better after a quick wash with purple shampoo. However, even straight out of the box, the texture already felt drier than most extensions I’ve ordered in the past. With only one wash, they still seem dry and kind of stringy. I have been using clip in extensions exclusively ordered on Amazon once early 2017 and use them daily. Typically the texture and condition I am seeing in these brand new extensions only occurs after many washes and much exposure to heating tools. This set has had one wash and one curling. The good: you really get A LOT of hair for the price and they appear to be a very high-quality (I didn’t end up using them). I’ve purchased clip-in extensions from my local salon and paid over $800 for them (I lost them somewhere along the line…Heartbreaking!). The bad: my hair has very warm gold tones and so I ordered this based on the color description, however, the color of these clip-ins definitely err on the cooler side with regard to tone. I gave myself a BIG undercut about a year and a half ago. I shaved off 2/3 of my hair 😲 I started to regrow my hair in July of this year and I’m in the severely ugly phase lol. I felt like a mangy dog…the regrowth finally hit a little over 2 inches and I realized that I could finally use hair extensions.
