The design for this heel was thoroughly thought out. They are gracefully elegant. My only “complaint” was I felt like they run like 1/2 inch small. I know that sounds crazy. I would go either a half size or a full size up.

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased the FSJ Women Bridal Pointed Toe Chunky Block Low Heel Crystal Pumps from Amazon, and I have mixed feelings about them. Let me start by saying that these shoes are absolutely stunning! The crystals on the heel add a touch of elegance, and the pointed toe and low block heel give them a chic and sophisticated look. However, I did encounter some issues with these shoes. First, I found them to be slightly uncomfortable, especially after wearing them for an extended period of time. The padding on the sole could be improved for better comfort, especially considering that these are bridal shoes meant to be worn for special occasions where comfort is important. Secondly, I noticed some visible glue residue on the heel where the crystals were attached. This was a bit disappointing as it affected the overall appearance of the shoes. I expected better craftsmanship for the price point. Additionally, I made the mistake of sizing up based on recommendations from other buyers, but I found that the shoes were too big. I would advise others to stick to their regular size when ordering. I had to return the shoes due to the comfort and glue residue which were disappointing aspects of an otherwise beautiful pair of shoes. Truthfully, the Crystal Pumps are visually stunning, but they do have some comfort and quality issues that need improvement. I would recommend ordering your regular size and being aware of the potential discomfort and visible glue residue.     • Beautiful shoe - they run long, normal on width

The fit: In heels I wear a size US 10 because of width. My foot length is between a 9 and a 9-1/2. (I wear a 9 in boots.) I ordered a size 13, using their size guide, and it was comfortable width-wise but it was way too long. I went back and forth deciding on whether I should swap it for the size 12 because then it might be too snug. I did end up returning the 13 and getting the 12 and I was very glad I did. The width was just as comfortable but now the length was better. Still a bit long but not a big deal at all. The look: I love this shoe. I went with the graffiti look and it’s just so funky and pretty. The heels are decorated with great quality stones. I was afraid they would look like paste like some cheap costume jewelry does, but the stones are clear and bright. The return: When I submitted the request for a return, they reached out asking me to hold onto the size 13. I have no idea what their plan was but I had already brought the 13s to the post office and purchased my size 12. I sent them a photo of my tracking receipt and the order number for my new purchase and they refunded me within a couple of days. They didn’t even wait to get the shoes first. ... show more
