Okay so to set the stage, I'm in my late 20s and I've been battling extremely thin hair for a decade. I've tried so many brands and so many types of extension styles during that time so I feel like I can speak pretty well on this topic. I have stuck with Full Shine extensions (mostly the tape in style) for 3+ years and LOVE THEM or obviously I wouldn't keep coming back. People have literally no idea that I wear extensions unless I tell them. I added some pictures of some of my favorite styles and how well they've blended. I know for me, I try to keep my extensions as healthy as I can until they're on the very last leg which is why I love that they're available for prime to get to me on time for when I need them switched out. I've been doing extensions as a DIY method to save money and these are super easy to self install as long as you watch some videos on YouTube. Also, super easy to take out. I find that personally, some extra strength Dawn dish soap in the shower gets them to slide right off, then I let them air dry for a bit and swap the old tape off for new. I've literally spent 400-500 $ on sets of tape ins from big brands, and I feel like Full Shine has offered the same quality at a much more affordable rate. The hair is soft and easy to style. I usually order 2 packs at 100G and this covers everything I need for volume and length as someone with like...4 strands of natural hair left on my head. Most people don't believe me when I say this, but I'm serious. My hair is naturally just above shoulder length and it's so thin that it feels like petting a little baby duck. I'd post a before photo but I'm really too self conscious of that. These extensions are great. I even went back and bought two more bundles but when I order more, each bundle was shipped separately and didn’t arrive on the same day. Why would the seller not package my entire order together?

Edit: I have been offered a replacement of the extensions that I had previously purchased at NO charge, which is super helpful with the things my family has been though in the last 4 months. We were gifted with Peach Bowl tickets and naturally my hair has to be amazing. I had surgery 8 months ago and my hair is not the best. I was promised that the hair would be here before 12/30. I have ordered these extensions before for personal use and they were GREAT! This time not so much but we will see how the replacements are. I will update once I get them and install them. I bought these to just see how they were. I am a licensed hair dresser and have installed tons of extensions, these are probably the thinnest extensions I have ever used. I have been using full shine hair for about five years now. I’ve had extensions for about 20 years. I purchase for Shine all the time. Every once in a while I try to switch it up and try something different. Every time I end up returning the other hair and going back to full shine For the price and the quality it’s the best you’re gonna find on Amazon. It’s pretty close to the quality of belladonna hair and I like it better than glam seamless. It’s soft and it’s shiny. It lasts a pretty long time I would say you could use them for 3 to 4 months with proper care. The most important thing is to use a really good shampoo and conditioner and leave the conditioner in for a while before you rinse it. I’ll see you to leave in conditioner in a little bit of an oil to keep it soft. To my surprise it’s like new after every wash . It took me a while to figure out what shampoo and conditioner work best but when I did the hair lasted a long time. Thank you full shine. ... show more

Great extensions if you keep them hydrated and detangled. Also color fades quickly so for me a sulfate free color protection shampoo does the trick to increase longevity

I apply my extensions myself at home and normally pay around $50/20strands with my normal brand. I was in a bit of a financial pinch and settled for these instead. I’m super happy with the quality of the hair AND how it’s held up after several washes, but I do recommend getting a different tape. The tape on these started slipping and falling out much faster than any other tape in extension I’ve ever used.
