    • DO NOT BUY FROM this SELLER!! Broke on the 2nd use!!
The media could not be loaded. Do not buy!! First off, it came with the front glass shattered. They took care of that no cost and replaced that. Now that it’s finally installed on our remodel after being in a box inside for 4+ months, it started beeping an error code in the 2ND USE!! We literally got one evening of cooking and it’s already broken and showing an error code. I’m beyond frustrated since we have waited and saved for 5 years to finally purchase a double oven. This SHOULD never happen on a brand new product. Brand NEW!!! Do not waist your time or hard earned money on this product, brand or the SELLER!! Edit: we contacted Frigidaire and they said the appliance we bought was not new and had already been registered to an owner before we bought it. This was a used and faulty appliance that the seller knew about and scams people out of money..falsely advertising a “new” appliance at full price that was actually broken and used. The seller refuses to take action or accountabilityyy. We will be filing a claim and pressing charges on the seller and company!! DO NOT BUY!!! ... show more

    • Look Great Work Well!
We use these in our small bakery and coffee shop. They are working well and our installer had no problems. Our carpenter went online before the ovens arrived and used the specks to construct a simple box to put it in.

    • Not a “guaranteed to fit” as manufacturer claims
This is not a “guaranteed to fit”. We went with Frigidaire instead of GE Profile because of this guarantee. Huge pain and very labor intensive to make it work in our standard space. Sadly we are disappointed with this as we are not done doing these modifications. Will be contacting Frigidaire directly regarding this. Great oven, very pleased with the convection functions of both. Just wish it would have been an easy fit. ... show more

    • Great ovens, user interface a bit confusing...
...and awkward by comparison with our old GE oven stack. For instance, you must turn the oven off in order to change the temperature. It's hard to operate in a dark kitchen; you must turn on a light to see many of the controls. (I'm probably just whining here.) However, it has great features that our old one didn't have. The quick preheating is amazing. We like the racks, especially the sliding racks. Lots of pluses; both ovens offer convection (many double-stacks offer only one of the ovens in convection). We like it a lot. By the way, if you're replacing an older oven stack, you can install this with either a 50-ampere/6-gauge or a 40-ampere/8-gauge circuit, but not a 30-ampere/10-gauge circuit. ... show more

Worthless, worked for less than a week. Then even though it's under warranty and we bought the extended warranty they won't fix it or take it back. They sent a service tech who has not returned a phone call for two months.

Had a different oven before and the electrical box was at the top and so was the house electrical box. Frigidaire has the box at the bottom and the 3 feet cable is a joke. Frigidaire wanted $378 to sent me a 10' cable. What a price gouging. How about including a 6 feet cable instead which should cover almost every electrical configuration. ... show more
