I’ve had the tan waterproof boots for just about a year now and they have outlasted all my other boots, still super comfortable , I don’t get the fatigued feet like the other heavy boots give you, I beat these boots up 5-6 days a week in and outside as property maintenance and I’m always in wet areas, they are still waterproof! I ordered a 10.5 US mens boots. I maybe should have got the 10 US mens. I had the same issue with 5.11 Tactical boots. They all seem to be on the larger side. Overall, they have been comfortable and holding up well the past few days that I have been wearing them. Great shoe for the price.

Was looking for a speed lace boot/high top. got both in one shoe. There is no break in period. Most boots/shoes are stiff leather and you end up hurting your feet or getting blisters. I did not have those issues with this hightop boot. It was literally unbox, put on and go. I have had these for about 3 weeks and I love the comfort, speed laces and overall comfort of the boot. I cannot comment on hiking in them, as I have not nor did I purchase them for hiking. I work at a prison and am on my feet at least 7 hours of an 8 hour shift. While working in the construction field I was looking for a pair of everyday work boots that provided comfort, traction and value. Quick Amazon search popped these up and I decided to give them a shot being only about $60. After about 14 months of moderate use they held up fairly well and only real reason I’m getting a new pair is because of the seam separation on the right boot that would cause water getting in and unprofessional look. Old shoes still have some “tread” left and are mostly intact as pictures show and I’m sure if it wasn’t for separation I’d get full 2 years out of them. They are much lighter compared to my old Danner boots and feel very comfortable whether I’m walking, running, driving and have great traction on wet surfaces, especially polished concrete slab in shop areas. Working around water also wasn’t an issue and never had my feet wet. I also used them to go hiking and hunting few times and I gotta say they are a pretty good boot for the money. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I’ve purchased these shoes twice this year (2023) they are super comfortable, great bend and provide protection from sharp objects and water entering. However I’m rating this a LOW 3.0/5.0….. more like a 3.25/7.00…. due to the fact that the tread wears down quickly, the tongue begins to rip after multiple laces (I don’t tie them like I’m amputating lol) The outer layer that the shoe sets on tears from the backside and works it’s way around. If your looking to use these 2-3x per week max you’ll get maybe 1-2 years but for 4-5 day usage they break down rather fast. Before anyone disagrees no I do not run through rocks daily, drag my feet or purposely cause damage. Im a Operations Manager for commercial landscape maintenance so I go to multiple job sites (Apartments, Schools to check on my crews and or meet with clients. I’m in need of new boots already and probably going to a competitor with 4.5 & up reviews even if it’s $20-$100 more. I’d appreciate a warranty or a stronger glue cement that holds these together. Not to mention only the water proof boots provide the best comfort! I did purchase a 3rd pair in the middle between these last two identical, I accidentally ordered the non waterproof which had a thin layer around it causing my heal to dry and irritate with moisture out here in Phoenix, AZ summers. Fix these problems guys! I’m not always the one to buy and find a reason to bash, my Foreman plus crews began purchasing these seeing how sharp and fit they look. I advised them to just either buy from Walmart at $40 for a lesser grade or about the $100 area for a tougher grade. Hopefully I come across a sturdy, yet value = quality type of boot within my profession, I’m also able to prove the purchases on Amazon.com and that it wasn’t else where!!!!!!! ... show more

This is my third pair of Free Soldier boots. They are durable and comfortable even when they get a few miles on them. I spray mine to keep them waterproof, not sure they would be resistant straight from the factory.

Bought these for my Grandson, He works early morning at a golf course. He says his feet are so comfortable in them ,they are dry they fit true to size He got the 10.5 . He does not think of his feet all day . To me that means comfort
