My kids and their cousins love to play t-ball during family gatherings (ages 16, 13, 8, 6). We have ordered these plastic refill balls more than once and will continue to do so. Review from my kids: Mommy, please order the baseballs again because we lost a bunch in the neighbor's yards. It has to be these plastic balls because they are made of thick plastic and do not get dented with we hit home runs. Honest kids' opinion! We don’t have the pitching machine, but these work great for practicing hitting and learning to catch. They are lightweight if something happens and your learner gets hit with ball it won’t hurt a bad good teaching plastic baseballs

These are great for contact juggling practice. They are exactly the same size (70 mm) as the balls I want to learn how to use. They are hollow plastic so they are much too light to use as-is. I filled some of these with water - a tiny trickle from the tap works better than a stream - and sealed the single hole with duct tape. The filled ball is now about the same weight as the contact juggling ball. Now I can practice all I want without the stress of scratching or chipping the real ball! These work well with the Franklin pitching machine or as a standalone. They fly further than most plastic balls but are lightweight enough to not be a significant risk to people or property. They are easy to pitch consistently without a curve for batting practice. The only issue is that they are light enough that the wind will affect your pitching on gusty day.
