I live in an old Victorian house with high ceilings and the 6 ft size fits nicely. I am in the process of redoing my bedroom as I can’t stand the gray/silver/white color scheme anymore (yuck). Anyways, for months I was trying to figure out what to put in this empty corner of my bedroom. I looked at many birds of paradise plants but ultimately decided on this one and it worked out perfectly. It sits in a distant, dark corner of my room and looks realistic. If you are thinking of putting it in a well lit room or bright area, you will be able to tell it’s artificial from close up, so it may not be suitable for nit-picky buyers. It has a rich green color and it is sturdy. It is easy to assemble, you just stand it up and add the leaves. You can bend the leaves/stems any direction you’d like. I honestly didn’t even shape it yet. Shipping was great. Two leaves arrived bent but it doesn’t bother me, as I said before, it’s in a distant corner so it’s not noticeable. I'm just wowed by the realistic appearance of these plants. They are much taller than I perceived. They were received with the top (5) leaves detached. I believe this was intentional for shipping purposes. I highly recommend them. The stem is the most realistic one I've ever seen at this cost. Also, you get 2 plants for the price. One photo (white planter) appears very full. I was attempting to create a much fuller look by adding both in one planter. I had to separate them. ... show more

You can’t tell it’s not real until you get really close. This is soooo pretty and for the price you can’t beat it. It’s a dark corner that wouldn’t grow anything so this is perfect. I paired it with a pot and a plant stand to make it taller and now it stands over 7’. I have 12’ ceilings A+++++++++++
