I originally ordered this from Walmart. It came with half the bottom of the pot broken off. I returned it and found it here. There is not much protection on the product from shipping. Plant arrived a day early than expected from Amazon. The bottom of the box where the pot was, had been completely detached so the package came in two . The pot was intact except fora small piece that broke off at the bottom. Very small piece. There are numbers to match the branches you attach. Then you fluff it and it’s ready to go. This one has a storage smell but still o.k. If yours comes with a broken pot…return it. ... show more

We bought this item and it came with a cracked plastic pot. I returned this and ordered a replacement. The second pot was broken even more than the first. I really liked the plant but the broken pot didn't work for us.

Tree is nice for the value. Buy the tree's pot arrived broken. This was NOT a delivery issue (in my opinion). The pot is filled with Styrofoam and appeared to be overfilled. This blew out the bottom of the pot. I purchase this for use in a booth at a trade show and didn't open the box until I was setting up the booth. I was able to level the tree with a piece of Styrofoam. But will have to find a more permanent solution for next use. ... show more
