I love these clip ins! I will say, they are thinner than I was expecting, but I think that was actually a GOOD thing because they blended in with my super thin hair much better! I love that I could put one on each side to just fill in and make it look thicker, and I was also able to use one piece to do my hair halfway or all up to make my pony look thicker!! The one negative I had with these is that one of the pieces that I ordered had definitely been used and returned. I bought them for vacation, and before leaving I took just one out of the package to ensure that the color matched, then threw both in my suitcase. When I took them both out to get ready, the one I had taken out earlier was super soft and good quality, then I took the other out and it had a tacky, hairspray feel to it. Product was ok. More red than medium brown. Maybe chestnut brown- the emphasis to the red side of the chestnut. Easy to use, does not take curl well- very stick straight. Did a friends hair for a special occasion and made it work for under the hair volume, so it was hidden.

The color is light brown. The hair is human hair and is soft. The clips hold well. The only downside, the clip edge is serged and is tough to hide with shorter hair.

These are a good match for my hair. My hair is between a 1b and a 2, where 1b is too dark and 2 is too light. So when I found these I got a whole set. The clips are too big so they’re rigid and not very comfortable. There’s no movement or flow. These are for thinning hair so not sure why they would need such heavy clips. I’ve had others with small clips and they were more comfortable but my hair is an in-between and harder to match. Matching color is more important. I had already bought so many different ones I didn’t want to spend more money looking for a match with smaller clips. Anyway I’d say they’re average for the price. If you have soft hair these will be too stiff to blend into the hair. I have more texture so very similar to my hair texture. I got the short ones. Didn’t really want length just some fillers. My hair has always been really think but had a bad perm and some of it fell out. ... show more

I have really fine, thin hair. It doesn’t grow so I’m always looking for ways to look normal! ;) I’ve tried other extensions (fake hair), that are full enough that my own hair doesn’t have to be as long as the extension. These are really straight and look weird. I did use my straightener to try and put some curve in them… but it didn’t really work. They DID take curl, but then I couldn’t get them back to straight with just my straightener. So they DO curl well. I’m sure I could wash them back to straight. I purchased 4 pieces and it wasn’t quite enough for my entire head. You would need 5. Clips are stiffer than my others but hold just as well. Hair feels wiry… compared to my fine hair, but still soft. Sadly, I’m sending these back. I just couldn’t get them to work. I prefer the packs that come with 5 pieces of different sizes… a little fuller. Note: if you already have hair as long as the extension to fill it in, I think these would work for you. You would just need hair on top and hair behind it to make it work. ... show more
