    • Loosen my stiff fingers but faulty on/off switch
The media could not be loaded. I play guitar and have arthritis in my fingers. This device seems to loosen up my finger after 2 or 3 sessions. Is it the placebo effect? I don't think so since when I don't use it they remain stiff. However, this light can only be use for a small part of your body such as your fingers and maybe your elbow or knee. While the light is bright it does not cover a large area. It appears to be constructed well but the on/off button sometimes does not work. I have to push it several times to turn it on and other times it works well. I am afraid at some point it may stop and my rating would go way down. Also, it would have been nice if they included a power cord for the charger. I got a good deal on it and I don't know if I would have paid the full price. Additional Information: I do not think this device will last much longer due to a faulty on/off switch. While I like the product if it will not turn on it is useless. Now I have to push numerous times and so far I eventually get the light to work. However, it is becoming worse and soon will not work at all. So reluctantly I have to change my rating from a 4 to 2. I give it a 2 because I do find it helpful when I can get it to work. Update: Yes, it is getting worse. The sad thing is this light does help my hand when I can get it to turn on. Now I find if I open it for a battery and then close it, it sometimes makes it work. Soon I am afraid it will not work at all. It is not the battery since I have two and they are fully charged. I am afraid as a result I will have to decrease the rating to 1 star. While the light does help, if there is no light, then it is worthless. So far the company has not helped! I did receive an email from them and I sent two emails to them with two videos of the problem and so far I have not heard from them. This is obviously a defective item but since it worked for me I am going to look for another light. Anyone have any recommendations. After the company responded to my question about the on/off button I sent my information as they requested. I have just sent my fourth email since they told me they could not locate my original email. I also posted a video on here that I sent them demonstrating how with a fully charged battery pushing the button did not nothing. I see now why the price went down so much. Update: I just received a new light from the company. And so far it works. I am happily surprised that I can now go back to my four star rating. ... show more

First and foremost this product is exceptional quality for an exceptional price. Most red light devices don’t have all three wavelengths and cost 5x as much. It has 2 rechargeable batteries and it’s super portable. My horse has an injury to his stifles and check ligament, red light therapy has decreased his swelling and edema NOTABLY in 3 5mins treatments.     • Amazing little device
This is my 3rd order and not because the previous 2 stopped working… I just don’t ever want to find myself not having it, and for around $20 you can’t go wrong.. this pocket light helped me to get over inflamed bursitis in my knee, after an orthopedic doctor claimed that only steroid injections will keep it at bay. I use it 2-3 times per day in 5-min sessions if the knee flares up after exercise , holding it very close to my skin, even sometimes pressed against it. Within 1-2-3 days the pain is gone.. a few friends ended up purchasing it on my recommendation.. same results stopping inflammation when it is limited to a very small area. ... show more

A friend recommended this so I gave it a try. I am quite active and often get injuries from scrapes & cuts to soreness. I used it on everything from mosquito bites to bad scrapes & cuts and it does seem to quicken the healing process.

I got the device the day after I ordered it. It took a while to charge the battery. Yes, you can tell when it’s changed—the red light goes green. It only says on for 5 minutes at a time, and I’ve only had it one day, but I think it’s already reduced my pain on three sites. It needs to be noted that red light therapy has been proven in acts studies to be effective. It’s not “placebo effect”. It changed the mitochondria in cells. I had it at the VA—veterans hospital. Don’t expect to hear about it. The medical establishment stands to make no money from it. But it totally does aid healing, possibly skin (collagen) as well. As others have noted, the switch is hinky. It’s hard to get the battery in as well for us old people. Which is ridiculous, as we ought to be a target market. But so far, I’m pretty glad I ordered it. ... show more

    • Helps relieve pain quickly
The media could not be loaded. I purchased to use on my hand, knee and elbow. I play a lot of golf. Comes with an extra battery that makes it easy to pack and take on trips. Also have used on my shoulder and lower back.

i have it for 8 months so far and it has been working well. Helped me in relieving joint pain and inflammation. I also used it on acupuncture points and got pretty good results.
