The 20mm lens is missing the actual lens. I don’t want to exchange the entire telescope just for one lens. I’d like a replacement of the lens. Update: The seller was very accommodating snd understanding. I was offered a refund but I really wanted my telescope. They explained it would be easier to send a new telescope as opposed to just sending that lens because it would have to be sent from outside the US. I received a brand new telescope within two days. Our grandson is able to use this telescope easily all by himself. He is 15 and autistic. It was easy to put together, too. And, when I ordered it before Christmas for a gift, the company emailed me with contact information in case we had any questions or needed help with anything. That is excellent customer service. Really nice telescope! I have seen Jupiter and her 4 moons, I'm not sure since I'm a beginner, but I think I've seen Venus and Saturn too & obviously have checked out the moon loads of times. The one problem I have is when I try to use the 3X Barlow Lens or the 6MM Lens I can't ever find the stars I'm looking at with the naked eye. Also the telescope is very stiff and the directional handle is very hard to move and put the telescope in the correct position. I wish I had bought the model with the bag as I'm having a hard time transporting the telescope back and forth, inside and out. The tech support is fantastic and they are very willing to talk to you about any questions you might have and to solve any problems you might have. ... show more

Was a Christmas present for my son, he has loved looking at the moon and craters so far. Its been awesome to help him sight it in on the moon and seeing how excited he gets to see the moon so clearly. Hoping to try and find Mars when weather cooperates.
