This machine does the job but I warn you it is cheap looking and feeling plastic. Epson should be ashamed The package was factory sealed by epson and did not contain the right ink to date almost one month later tech support had done nothing to send correct ink. Had to buy my own

I just started doing sublimation printing and this printer is perfect for the job. Just do a simple ink replacement and boom you're in business. Very easy to connect and operate!!! Would highly recommend 👌

It's been a pretty good printer! I have a small family business and just printed off my 8 page menu and it looks like the colored ink didn't even move! Good quality! I am pretty impressed with this!

Just don't buy this model! Or buy one and write the same thing I just said. It's the cheapest in the Epson line for a reason; it's not very good.

Just bought today. Soft installation is much better when compare to HP and Canon. Easy and less confusing. I can just without problem to install ink with 1 drop of paint - I could avoid it, but was too amazed with ink bottle design to not test it’s limits. It’s possible to mess with ink drops if you try hard. Then i used my iPhone standard camera app to read barcode, install soft and finish setup. It took 11 min preparation on printer and some nice interactive chat like guides. In 2022 software quality just amazing- no network loss, no modal windows, no crashes, no confusion steps, and with no bugs. Just smooth. Still can’t believe it. The only stressful step was to enter wifi password. I printed then some docs from my iPhone, Mac and Win 11 laptop. It was just discovered and worked on those devices without losses, on iPhone with epson printer app and with iPrint app. Again without any tricks. Just worked. It didn’t asked me to create ‘cloud’ account, it didn’t asked me to subscribe to some BS, just do what printer supposed to do. After using HP and Canon soft It was hard to believe. Print quality is not the best, like it’s ok for me to print DMV form and similar, but I noticed it’s not as good as HP photosmart, but can be compared to canon pixma. It jammed 2 list of paper as well - i have to reload paper to fix. Overall it’s 4.5 out 5 for me, maybe even 5/5. Good soft and stress-free worth more then print quality. ... show more

Nice printer, but fyi, it doesn't come with USB cord for hooking to computer. If you are setting it up by wifi, you don't need it. However, I found USB from my old Epson xp 610 fits this one.
